Very clean facility. Staff and personal very helpful such as Beau that was able to navigate me through memberships and steward me through my options. Overall great gym with a lot of equipment with a pool! Highly recommend ??

I signed up for the 3 day pass while I was staying nearby for the weekend. I signed up for a 4:30pm arrival time on 2/10/25. When I got there and told the girl at the front that I was there for the 3 day pass and I had an appointment, she told me to go check in at a different desk. The guy at the desk told me to sign in on a piece of paper that had a log of peoples names at their phone numbers. He said “while you’re here you might as well sign up for a membership”. I explained I was only in town for the weekend. He said okay and that was it. Nothing else. I had to ask him to at least tell me where the bathroom was since I had never been there and didn’t know anything. So I worked out for an hour and left. The next day I got a text saying that they were sorry I didn’t make the appointment and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I replied no because clearly I already went but nothing was documented on their end. A few days later I got a text from the GM asking if I wanted to be rescheduled. I explained all of the above and that I would not be coming back and he said ok, thank you. Then today I got another text saying he was the GM Coby and my day pass was still technically there for me and asked if this week would be better for me to come get it started. As if the last conversation didn’t explain everything already about me being out of town and already went once and did not want to go back. So overall, not very professional and they must have some lack in communication and policies. They were not welcoming and informative. Not a good experience at all.

I've been a member of the LA Fitness on Westworth Blvd. for almost two years and have always enjoyed the convenient location and friendly staff. However, I'm increasingly concerned about the deteriorating conditions in the men's bathroom and on the gym floor.The sauna seats are falling apart, making them unusable and unsafe. Several bathroom doors don't close properly, which is inconvenient and raises privacy concerns. The rust at the bottom of some doors is a potential safety hazard. Additionally, nearly 20% of the gym equipment appears in need of repair, limiting workout options and impacting my overall experience.Despite bringing these issues to the attention of staff on multiple occasions, I haven't seen any significant improvements. This decline in maintenance standards is concerning and makes me question the value for money of my membership.I urge LA Fitness management to take immediate action to address these issues. Repairs are urgently needed for the sauna seats, bathroom doors, and faulty equipment. Increased cleaning and maintenance are also crucial to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all members.If these issues are not addressed promptly, I'll be forced to reconsider my membership and look for a gym that prioritizes proper upkeep and member satisfaction.

I love everything about LA Fitness. The sauna, the equipment the pool and the convenience. The people are courteous and helpful. I can workout at my own pace and with enough equipment that i don't have to wait. It's clean and the patrons sanitize after using the machines.
