Customer Servive Does Not Exist at this branch. All I needed was a verification letter with my account information and it signed and dated by a bank representative. That was too much to ask for, they don't do that there, they can't do that there, or they just don't want to do that there.
How is it possible to have an active checking account, but not be able to get a paper to verify that. Terrible customer service, they don't serve their customers at all. Very rude!!!

During my visit to the bank regarding a fraudulent check, I encountered an uncooperative customer service representative named Betty at the front. Despite my repeated requests to speak with a manager, Betty continued to interject herself into the situation. I eventually had to explain to her that as a long-standing Navy Federal member of 33 years and registered nurse for 23 years, I will not tolerate such an unprofessional attitude. A bank teller eventually assisted me and displayed genuine concern for my issue, which is the level of service I expect from Navy Federal.She is a disgrace .

My family uses this bank. I cannot be more unhappy with them. Every single time I come out here to do business, the customer service is horrible.
I had a check for a large amount of money from another branch loan and the first thing the lady said to me at this branch was we can’t help you Done deal. She didn’t even try to pull up the bank account and look at the notes or anything a manager had to get involved and I did get a check The way is written from this bank. My other bank would not take. After a two hour process and driving around all over the metroplex to accomplish getting a check instead of having to pay a wire transfer fee I end up getting the wire transfer done to the bank instead of all this running around this could’ve just been handled properly from the get-go.
Customer service is extremely important especially when you’re dealing with peoples money and the last thing you want Is someone complaining about the way you bring your money what it looks like and how you have to send it especially when you’re trying to move it around or make deposits or take out Money you don’t want someone complaining about the way you do it every single time you come out here cause I’m gonna tell you right now. I’m not back to this branch.
I’m in the drive-through and The lady did not smile at all. She was the one that told me they do not take change in the drive-through so therefore people out here you better know don’t bring any coin change in the drive-through you must go to inside and go face-to-face, even if it’s a penny. She gave me a waiver this time and took my change anyway. The last time I came here. The lady wouldn’t break my down when I had a dollar I needed to deposit less money than that so I decided to go through the drive-through to have a different experience. Don’t matter if you go through the drive-through or come here face-to-face somebody still gonna complain about something that you’re doing
I’m glad this is not my primary. This is a family members bank. I can tell you right now. I already would’ve moved all my money out and put it somewhere else. It isn’t like they don’t have any fees or anything like that. They’re so special that you can’t go to another bank with other opportunities and other better rates.
Other banks like unity one or Black Hills Federal credit Union or any other credit union double check the rates before you decide to come here matter fact off of my customer service experience just stop in and see how you’re treated
When you or someone says we can’t help you, but everything is done and you did get the money from there and you got wire transfer for free at the end of the day was that how the first introduction should’ve been the answers know some people are too fast to speak because they really just don’t wanna do extra work then they have to they would rather send you somewhere else then to actually help you if that’s the case then you shouldn’t be doing Customer Service you have the wrong people behind the face of your company
You should be able to walk in there and know that your money is going in the right hand and it’s being protected and care for and you sure the heck won’t feel that way when you come here

It is my first choice. The best choice I have ever experienced going from several banks to Navy Federal credit Union me and my family have been with them over 15 years. Their services are excellent everything on time. Thank you. God bless you

Customer service is rude i have been trying to get a dispute taken care of for 3 months and they are telling me I haven’t been calling to get the situation taken care of, I have been going back and forth with the merchant and my bank to get things squared away and the bank keeps giving me the run around not to mention they haven’t received any of my documents I sent through the app it self, I thought maybe this was a good bank but since they have taken my funds due to this situation I will be closing my account with navy federal since there is nothing else they can do and continue to ask me to file a dispute even though I have already done it twice and it keeps getting closed. So no I will no longer trust a bank that takes money from their customers and gives them the run around like they are crazy. Highly disappointed…

I am a Disabled Veteran and bank with them. Ms Betty is so rude it is unbelievable how she treated me when I went in to make a deposit.Sadly, she doesn’t seem to have much respect for the banks customers..

Front Counter reps were quite pleasant! Always efficient.I needed to remove authorized users from an account and had to wait for a desk rep. I worked with Wianna. She was unwelcoming and extremely dry. Only able to remove one person because her system didn’t show her the other user. Although the user has an active card and still attached to my account. She told me to call the number on my card for assistance. I refuse to allow her to assist me again in the future.Called customer service and they informed me that the second user had already been removed by the branch rep.

Absolutely worst customer service ever at this branch. The lady working the teller desk is rude and condescending. And she covered her name tag so I couldn’t see it. All I need was a simple card printed and she made it the worst experience ever!

The worst bank ever! Took 700$ of my money because I wanted to switch banks 200$ was overdrawn before that from who knows who and was also not reimbursed for that, ever since I’ve had this bank they’ve don’t nothing but take my money.

We went in to do a wire transfer to one of our suppliers out of county and they were more than helpful. It wasn't a fast process, not sure why, we did sit for 45 minutes as it appeared the lady was doing our paperwork as well as close of day paperwork. I'd expected this process to be maybe 20 minutes, not almost an hour. Location is easy to access, fairly new, it's by NAS Fort Worth, lots of military around there. The service we received was decent, but slowed. The cost of the transfer was $5 more than our other banks, but they were the only ones that could do it after 4 pm. We got it done, took a while, but it was completed and we left happy we didn't have to travel around with so much cash in our bag.
