I got conflicting information from three different people who each said that they were "the store manager". I understand "shift manager" and "manager on duty" make it tempting to say you're higher than you are, but people at this place keep giving bad information, and wasting customers' time.Costco runs so much more smoothly.

Gloria at the AT&T Stand got my phone bill down to $116 ! For two phones if you stop by it's worth checking out and seeing how much you could save i absolutely hate T-Mobile for taking my money

BEWARE of the Tire Center, they won't patch your flat on tires purchased FROM Sam's. All they want to do is prorate the warranty out and make you buy a new tire. Lazy. Derrick or Darren (didn't want to tell me his name) was selling me a new tire without even LOOKING at the nail I had picked up. I've had my tires patched before and knew it just needed a patch not a new tire. His attitude from the get go was to sell me a new tire. Took my van to Discount Tire and they patched it for free.

I like this location. They been here a while. They got baguettes! A fresh bakery but it is frozen not hand made. I get most everything I need here. Including vaccines and meds. Dog food and rotisserie chicken! It's the best. Big hormone injections mega hens. The absolute tastiest! Take 'em apart and then boil the carcass in a pressure cooker. Mmmm

Ordered a birthday cake from here specified vanilla cake, got the cake and it was chocolate. We called and let them know, we just wanted another cake made and would even bring the cake back, we weren’t even upset to begin with until the lady on the phone said “what do you expect me to do because it specifies vanilla” then made sure to read the order back over and over. When my husband asked “can I just bring the cake back and get a vanilla” the woman said “it won’t be ready until tomorrow “ she continued to blow him off in such a rude tone I let him know to just take it back to the store and get a refund because I wouldn’t even trust them to make anything else. As someone that worked for sams club home office, I know the standards they expect and that is not it.

Great! I'm able to shop between 8-10am, free pickup and shipping. Most of the inside is self checkout, but that's fine. The only bad thing is when they close off aisles. Which I totally understand. They need to stock/clean.

Service deskIs a Joke my mother lost her wallet and I took her to get a new card the lady said she needed a drivers license I said she lost it when she lost her wallet can you just pull up our account I have my sams card ? No I can't I have to see her license. I said we have a Business account here she said it doesn't matter

I ordered a birthday cookie cake for my daughter over two weeks ago. I showed up a few hours after I have discussed picking it up. There was nobody working in the bakery, and also, a member services person walked me back there to see if they had the cake. They never made it, so she had me fill out a form so they could do it first thing in the morning and circled that they needed to call me to confirm they could/could not make it. I expected to hear from them the next morning by 7, but around 7:20, I didn't hear anything so I called them. Not only did they not call me, they couldn't make the cake. I'm livid. What is the point of ordering ahead of they're not going to make the cake at all? Ended up finding another bakery to make it, but due to the time constraints, it wasn't a cookie cake. Let's just say, I have a very disappointed 3 year old. I will never trust them with anything again. Go on over to Bryant Irvin. That location is way better with stuff like this.

the store is very nice but the bathrooms are consistently dirty. it's incredibly stressful having to use them. otherwise, an overall positive experience every time.
