Today Sunday July 30th 2023 I walked into this T-Mobile store today to discuss my service me and turned off due to me not having the money to make the payment until the 1st I've store to repeatedly to I make my payment due on the 1st and they continue to ignore me and today I got my service cut off with my phone and the internet as I sat there and complained to the store about how I needed my phone and the internet the manager overheard me and started making rude comments to me and then he called the police on me saying that I was being disruptive in the store which I wouldn't have been if they had done what I told him to do in the first place switch in my payment to the first so I don't have a late fee every month now I'm being charged $50 late fee on my bill because they refused to do their job I don't like that and it was totally unnecessary for Chris to call the police and when I paid $114 to get my service turned back on and it still wasn't on I went back to the store to complain about it and to ask for my money back or to get my service turned back and at that time the other manager called the police which was very very very very very very very unnecessary for him to do that when they already had my money ridiculous and If hadn't needed my phone or the internet service turned back on today I would have gone to another service immediately they don't have any customer service at this damn store and they need to really really really really really really fired those two who made the decision to call the police on their customer it's stupid ridiculous how people are getting treated by these phone company

Walked in to do a change in responsibility to get my boyfriend off of a family members plan and for him to get his own plan. They tell us to call 611 since it’ll be easier for the account holder to do it on the phone but he’s out of state. I’ve worked for T-Mobile before and you’re able to do the process in the store but it just seems these workers didn’t want to help us through the process. The store was empty when we walked in. T-Mobile won’t have to worry about helping him anymore though, this gave him the answer he needed to swap to a different carrier. Thanks for nothing, T-Mobile. The service was just as bad as his phone signal anyways.

My phone stopped charging so I stopped by this T-Mobile store. Luckily, Karen was the customer service representative that was there to help me. Karen took her time and made sure she fixed my phone. She could have easily told me to take the phone to a repair shop but didn’t. She made me feel very valued as a customer. Thank you Karen!!

Angel helped me today and he was very helpful in all my concerns and questionsI'm only asking for them to be a little more patient with customers ... some us folks still old fashioned and still have old phones.... I just ask a little more patience and dont talk to me like I'm stupid or say smart remarks ... speaking for myself I'm not super expert at cellphone technology....I just ask less judgment and MORE PATIENCE please an thankyou...aside of that...thankyou for helping me today young man.

tried updating our single lines to family plan ended up getting charged double than what we were quoted then when entering our store the so called manager was rude and uncooperative didn’t tell us he was charging double the amount and put down 4 lines and charged us for all 4 lines and when trying to come in multiple times to talk about our plan the manager was upset and made smart remarks when asking for help can’t believe we were charged almost 500$ for a 150$ plan.

Eve Shepard helped me out with adding a line and getting a new phone. She was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend her for your needs at this location. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and helped me out with everything I needed. She explained every in great detail.

I placed on order online at Tmobile for an old style, simple flip phone, to replace my 88 year old grandmother's phone that broke earlier that day. It was important that I not leave her without a phone. However, I was having trouble finding a local store that had the phone in stock so I could do same-day pickup.After checking 8-9 stores, I finally found that this one had the phone. Eureka!I placed the order online, and chose this store for pick. I was about to call them immediately after, to ask that they please try to rush and get it ready so I could pick it up that day. Before I could even do that, I received notification that my order was already ready!We made the 30 minute drive, and arrived about 10 minutes before they closed. We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner by two employees. One came to help. I told her I had an online order and she went to retrieve it. We made small talk about my grandmother, and she made sure to have the phone up and ready to run before we left the store. All I had to do was charge it. And, she did it all in about five minutes.My grandmother was thrilled with the new phone which was very similar to her old, "***** phone, but had bigger buttons, and I was able to make the text bigger. I was thrilled to be able to get her a phone so quickly, as I did not want her at home without one.I was super pleased with the entire process, and could not be happier with the swiftness and friendless of the Tmobile associate we dealt with.
