Everytime I needed anything, I've been told to just call their support line instead or go on the app. I am not a fan of having to be put on hold or having to navigate a website or app just to accomplish the simplest of things

No inventory tried for weeks and still no luck they won't order any all the try to sell you is even higher priced items instead if getting what customers want.
