I don’t know what’s wrong with CVS but they give too much receipts out with paper. They waste paper and then they text me to tell me I have prescriptions that I don’t even have prescriptions for go figure that.

Wish stars were optional. For some reason, the self check is the new best thing unless you need a money order, or “money gram” because they don’t sell money orders (lol) but as every other time I’ve asked, it’s not working. Could someone train these employees on this machine so they don’t have to look incompetent and say it’s down? The laziness of these employees is obvious. One star because the pharmacy is halfway decent.

Best CVS ever! Thanks needed two prescriptions filled that had been sent to a CVS near my old address in Illinois. I recently moved to Dallas and stopped by the CVS on Jefferson to see if the could transfer and fill the s riots. This was at 10:00am they told me yes but they wouldn't be ready until 5:00pm. I was boarding a plane to Houston at noon so I said I'd do it when I got back to town.I had business in Wharton, TX, noticed they had a CVS. Went in and asked if they could transfer and fill it. They said sure did I want to wait or come back. I was at lunch so I asked how long it would take and the Pharmacist said "about 10-15" minutes! Believe me I waited. I knew it didn't take 7 hours to count 30 pills!

Went to pick up prescription. They say $40 for my baslagar kwikpen. I've been paying $15. CVS claims because of deductible. I don't have a deductable. Pharmacist says we going to lunch don't have time to deal with this. What happened to customer service first! I left it.

I have been coming to this CVS for the last 6 years. In the last 3 months it's been horrible, everytime I go to pick up an order. The new workers are unprofessional and unorganized I will be going to another CVS for now on.
