I hate to do this….but hopefully no one else has to go through this but I was very disappointed today……yesterday 2/2/26 I called Ms. Lucia to make an appointment for today 2/3/26 at 10:30 am at the Wharton location where I do my taxes every year. Left my home early to get there early because it was an hour away. Got there she wasn’t there. Called her and was told by the other lady she would call me back. I waited roughly like 5 minutes and called back and was told he would give me a call. Second later she called and was like oh I thought your appointment was for tomorrow I said no ma’am it for today. So I drive another hour to the Bay city location I get there like 12:30 something just for her to walk outside and tell me to sign documents because she can not log in at the bay city location. It was very frustrating n crazy how a one hour drive turned into a three hour drive. I went to her for years for my taxes.

I ❤️going to Express Tax this is the best place in town they are very knowledgeable and helpful fast and friendly. I highly recommend.
