I never leave reviews but I haven’t ever had an experience like this!…If I could give zero stars I would. First the lady cut underneath my real nail bad and then proceeded and asked me to stick it in acetone. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Then put a disinfectant on it. BURNED LIKE NO OTHER. I asked her what it was before she even did it and didn’t answer but went ahead and dropped it on there anyways. Then after I switch people they couldn’t even do the basic flowers I wanted on my nails and it messed up my clear coat on the one they attempted a flower on and still charged me full price is crazy to me after that. I didn’t ask for a discount but you’d think they’d offer after that kind of service.

The tech didn't understand me or my choices, but she spoke my language WAY BETTER than I spoke her's... she had great work ethic, did her job very well and I tipped her very well also.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. So many red flags…they only accept cash or cash app, they do not take debit or credit cards; high prices $75 for a fill in and toenails polished only, unprofessional staff that refuse to communicate or try to comprehend even the simplest of request like dual colors. If you want something “fancy” you can forget it, they are as basic as they come. Twice they have made my toes bleed, just by painting my toenails, they honestly do not care when this happens either. I just had them done 2 days ago and the gel polish is lifting on a couple of fingers already: Rude and abrupt are most of the staff, the owner is friendly but obviously doesn’t care how clients are being treated nor the lack of quality. I will drive to Rosenberg or Sugar Land from now on. It takes them 2 hours for a fill in anyways, I can drive and still get done quicker somewhere else.
