The greeting and service is nice but they definitely need to get more help because if there is an issue it takes them a while to get back to you. I have to keep calling or going in to resolve an online banking issue and because they only have one banker he is overwhelmed. Dakota is really nice and helpful but does need back up help.

From my experience..everything has been great!! Customer service, tellers, all just wonderful!! Dakota is great!! Thank you all!!! I enjoy having my account at prosperity ..unlike that pile of a credit union... (no specific credit union by name but..you know) :)

I've been looking for a new bank because my last bank has terrible customer service. I went in and asked to open a checking and saving account. The banker never greeted me, never said "how are you", no introductions. Just briskly asked for my ID then my social. The attitude of the banker very much seemed like she did not want to be there and I felt unwelcome. After she made copies of my license and ID another customer walked in and the banker that was helping me stopped to take some forms to the other customer who came in. I thought no big deal I can wait but after hearing how the banker was handling the other customer's concerns, I took that as my chance to leave.

If only the drive thru is open on Saturday, shouldn’t you have more than two tellers? Waiting 20 to 30 minutes in little Wharton Tx is just a bit much.

I bank here, been cashing same company check for months. I was told when I turned two checks in to cash that they were forged possibly. Very rude, had to have my boss call to verify. Very unprofessional.

Extremely poor customer service when applying for the COVID-19 Payroll Protection Program Loan. The so called loan officer LANDON MCCLAIN is absolutely rude and unhelpful! Do not waste your time with this joke of a bank.

Absolutely garbage bank. They misplaced a document that I signed so they blocked both me and my wife's cards while we were out of town. We were stuck with no food and almost out of gas. STAY AWAY!

Very upset... My cousin (prosperity customer) paid my husband for a job. My husband went by prosperity to cash the check. He had to wait over 30 minutes for them to call my cousin to "verify" if he had made the check!!!

The atm in Wharton sucks its always messing up and then you can't withdraw your money do better people.
