On my way back in to Houston I decided to check in on a vehicle I seen online. Anna was the sales rep that contacted me and helped me through my purchase. The dealership is small but it makes it easier and faster than the larger ones I have been to.

It took us more than an hour to drive to Wharton so that my nephew could inspect the 2025 Mustang displayed in the showroom. Anna, our contact person, was exceptionally pleasant and courteous throughout our interaction, despite the fact that we were unable to finalize a purchase. We will certainly return if they have the vehicle my nephew is interested in.

We've had a Ford Five Hundred at this dealership for 8+ months needing a part that they are apparently unable to get. My husband found the part on the aftermarket and took it in to the service manager last Friday. The manager said they would get on it immediately and put the part in and let us know on Tuesday. Nothing. No call. We try to call, but whoever answers the phone can hear us fine until we say our name, then she suddenly can't hear us anymore. Hello? Hello? Hello? I'm pretty fed up with them.

Beware of Bait and Switch tactics that this dealership tries to use. It lists vehicles that look like great deals, but switch you to other ones once you call them. They did it for the same exact listing multiple times, every time saying "it was just sold". Don't waste your time.

Johnny Garcia and Gus took good care of us. They got us a 2020 Ram Laramie with only 45k miles. Well take care of. Great service. I am always very nervous about buying a vehicle. They made the process pretty easy. They went out of the way to accommodate us. They also replaced the window for us. Very nice people and understanding. I will come visit them often for coffee and chat. Not only did we make a great purchase we made new friends. So we will come back to bug them and have coffee♥️
