  We absolutely love ATF in Whiteoak!! It has a little bit of everything and Sierra the gyms manager is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about everything. When looking for a small town feel ATF is the place to be.

  It's a great place to workout. I hope my body gets back to what it use to be! I really need this all the time. Cuz when you have a stroke you really need to exercise regularly so you won't be falling and need your neighbor to come over and get you off the floor. 😂
