“Great Service!!! I went in to buy a battery for my car. The young lady informed me that the battery which I was replacing was still under warranty with another company and to check with them about replacing the battery. I really appreciate her informing me of this. She could have easily sold me a battery and sent me on my way, but this shows she is all about customer service!! I will be sure to purchase all my batteries from Tri-State Battery Supply!! They are honest and trustworthy!! I will be sure to let everyone know to shop Tri-State!!”

“The guys here are over the top with customer service! I was looking for an output shaft seal, that had no part number to be found on it.
They were to able to measure it, find a replacement, and get me a part number! hopefully they can have it ordered for me.

“The employees are usually knowledgeable about inventory and utilization of the computer to be able to find what you need even if they don't have the item on hand. They are always nice and welcome you when you enter. They also not only have car and truck parts but the also stock atv / utv and motorcycle parts.”
