Since Walgreens took over, it has been worthless. Never know when they will be closed. They text you refills are ready when they are not. Always waiting for truck delivered refills etc... I gave up and get my meds at Spring Hill Pharmacy.

I hate this pharmacy! Nothing is ever ready on time. They never seem to have anything available...it's always waiting on the truck. I wish Brookshires had never sold out. And the staff is not very friendly either

This place is only open like 4 days a week and for like a few hours each day, and its never when i need it to be open. Good luck catching them there. Go to cvs in gladewater instead.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. Took my cash and card for my pharmacy purchase. After it was done decided they can't take cash and have to refund the whole thing. Was very rude and tried to yell at me that I was being disrespectful when I asked why wasn't this stated before. There is no sign stating they don't take cash. I wasn't able to get all of my prescriptions because of this. Terrible employees.

Wish I could not give any stars at all. These people starting with the pharmacist don't care if you are sick or in pain. They think they are God. Worst customer service ever. When Walgreens took over they should have started all over and hired new people. They still follow Brookshires rules not Walgreens rules. Now I have to drive all the way to Longview and I am disabled. Also if you say you close at 6pm why are you putting your money till up at 5pm so people can't pay with cash. Pure laziness . They have been working there too long and think they can do what they want. And be as rude as they want. Management needs to change.

Literally the slowest pharmacy around. Do not recommend. Went an hour after other pharmacy transferred it over and still had to wait there over an hour. Would’ve been faster to drive to Longview or Tyler. Witnessed multiple people walk up saying they received notification that their medication was ready just to have to wait a long time as well.
