I have been a customer for at least 5 years. My husband tries to get me to try out other places, and they fail to do a better job. I recommend this place! They do clean the bowls with bleach after each use. They clean their tools. If you need more hot water, they have a kettle to give your water more heat. I have never been disappointed by them. They are very nice every time!

I am a repeat customer a five-star nail. The first time I went to them they did exactly what I asked for And they listen to me when I explain the bad experience I had at the other salon before them. They made me feel very comfortable. They're very knowledgeable about what they're doing. In my explanation in the lower comments you'll read all about what they've done for me and I will never go anywhere else!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. They were rude and such in a rush. I walked in and told them I wanted a pedicure and thin French tops and when I tell him that’s not thin French tips him and his wife or whoever the lady is started being rude and gave me the nastiest looks. My nails look horrible so I ended up not even getting a pedicure. If you’re thinking about here DONT!

I have used them for years but it's a Monday at 4:00 and they are closed. This is the second time I have come here and they were closed!!!! Their sign says there are open and all the window shadows are up but no one is here!!!! This is very frustrating when they are not open and they say are!!!!! I might have to find a new place to go! Do Not Go Here !!!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. The man that is the owner that works there is rude af !!! I went there a while back and the glitter nail polish I picked out wasn't what I thought it was going to look like. It had a navy blue tint in it instead of just clear glitter nail polish and so I said I didn't want that and he said too late this is good. So then I said well can you put one more coat of it so I will like it better. He said no only 2 coats. Like ok then. So today I called to see if I can get my acrylic nails filed off. I had already taken the acrylics off there was just pieces left by the cuticle of my nails. He asked where I got them done at and I said USA Nails he said go there. Like wtf. So I did. I will never be going back here. Do not give your business to this man. I live in Gladewater so that's why I was going to go to Whiteoak but I went to Longview to USA Nails. Highly recommend them! They are beyond friendly!!

Amazing!! Not a single bit out of place, exactly what I wanted. The nails aren't clunky and are perfectly even and smooth. Great color options, gel or dipped.
