Needed a storage unit ASAP and was able to get into a big enough one the next day. The owner called me back like she said she would and I went and got the unit. Very nice owner. No hassle. A blessing in an emergency!!!

Found this hidden gem when looking for storage units. After calling around, this place had a really good price for what I was looking for. Nelda was really easy to work with the entire time. If I choose to have a storage unit again, I’d definitely go back!
Also when most places take a deposit, they don’t give it back at the end of your lease. Nelda was nice enough to give it back after we cleared out our unit and cleaned it up some. Just goes to show her character!

You CAN NOT BEAT THE MONTHLY RENTAL FEE! Nelda has been amazing owner and deeply cares for her clients. We never worried about our storage while we were there. They have full camera security and proper lighting throughout! Totally recommend this to anyone looking for storage and a great deal! This is a hidden gem!

We are very thankful for our time at Hideaway Storage in White Oak. Mrs Nelda is so sweet and very accommodating and easy to work with. She was always just a text or phone call away. The storage facilities are in good shape and our belongings were well protected from the atmosphere. We also really liked the gated entrance and felt that our items were very safe.

I used this storage for several month while moving my parents to east Texas. It’s convenient, well kept and surveillance cameras. The owners are very accommodating. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
