If I could give zero stars I would. I've never once in my life advocated for someone losing their job but the woman running this post office really should. She's irritable, rude, condescending, and flat out doesn't do her job.

Worst station manager I’ve encountered! Lacks customer service and capable leadership abilities. Most likely hiding poor managerial skills under the Federal Affirmative Action initiative. Instead of firing these individuals, they just get passed off or promoted to a different postal installation to contend with.

Worst post office I have had to deal with in my life. No one is here during their lunch. Their lunch time is not posted online and is not consistent. Guess what, the rest of the world uses their lunch times to go to the post office! Also, when I received my 911 address and tried to use it for my mailing address, my mail got sent to the wrong house for months. I spoke with the post master about it and she said if I wanted to guarantee my mail was delivered correctly, she suggested paying for a PO Box instead of having it delivered to my house.

There's usually a short wait at the counter and the clerks are very helpful. However, I got there today shortly after noon and the inner door was locked. A sign on the door said they would be back at 12:30. They need to update their Google listing to include their lunch hour, not just the 8-4 listed. It would have saved me a trip during my lunch hour.

I was looking for a package to be delivered. The mail ran at my shop, but no package, even though I saw the tracking showed it was to be delivered that day. I went to the White Oak, Texas post office to inquire about making arrangements to get my package. I showed the woman at the front counter the tracking information and she told me that UPS was delivering it. I told her that UPS had dropped it at the post office for delivery. She got irritable and demanded the USPS tracking number. I gave it to her and she walked away. She came back and asked my address. I told her and she said the suite number was not on the package. I tried to ask, since I had all the information, could I make arrangements to pick it up, and before I could finish, she cut me off and walked away. This isn’t the first time I have had to deal with her, but if she were my employee, she would not have a job.

The employees here just aren’t happy or helpful. Not normally anyways. I have a missing package, that’s very important. Was left at red leaf and they said that usps picked it up, when I went to ask the woman working at the post office she looked at me like I was annoying her. Zero help, could care less honestly. I asked her if she could look at the tracking # and she said “sure I guess but it probably won’t be there” I asked her if I could speak to whoever picks up the packages from red leaf if I left my #. She said “if he picked it up it would be scanned” and that’s it. There’s TONS of people in this town that have had missing packages from the post office so I know I’m not alone. The customer service is just lacking. When someone is stressed and needing help then help, it’s your job. This one woman in particular just never seems pleasant, always annoyed and doesn’t want to be at work. Now the actual drivers that deliver mail, they’re sweet as can be. Zero issues with them, always smiling and waving, look like happy people. Wish those actually working in the office felt the same way, even a little bit. Meanwhile I have a package just floating around somewhere

My carrier has not picked up my mail for a week now causing my house payment to be late. I now have to pay late fees and hand deliver my mail. I filed a service request but have heard nothing from USPS.

Posted hours are 8am to 4pm. Showed up at 8 to drop a package and they hadn't opened the office area yet. Me and another lady waited PATIENTLY until 8:05, while listening to the workers talking and working in the back. I decided to knock, since it was POSTED to knock for assistance. Not rushing them, just wanted them to know that people were waiting. A worker came from the back swinging the door open and just said "Patience!" in a very condescending tone, and body language. I simply responded, "you open at 8, I got here at 8, and we waited before knocking. My bad." She just shook her head and acted like I was the problem and snatched the package from me when I handed it to her. I've lived in White Oak my entire life and have only actually gone into the post office maybe 5 times. The most recent before this would be about 5 years ago when a check I had sent through them ended up being stolen and washed and used fraudulently. I came up to ask them if they knew of anymore mail that had been stolen, and they said "oh yeah, our box outside got broken into." I asked if they had reported it to the police and they just said "well no, because when it's happened before, they never did anything." Well I obviously had to report it to the police since it was fraud and I had to contact my bank with the police report. The officer and detective I spoke to were very taken aback when I told them what the post office said. Regardless of whether they catch the person or not, letting the police know would put them on higher alert and allow them to monitor the situation. Anyways, this post office has rude and unconsiderate employees.

We had a wonderful mail lady who was so nice to my son who happens to have Down syndrome. I do not know where she is now, we miss her and wish her well. I know all USPS workers are having a tough time. Hopefully someone learns to care about their value. Thank you for your service to the public.

Quite often my packages arrive here by the expected delivery date but instead of being delivered to me they send to another post office before coming back here. Adds extra days to delivery!! They also enjoy stuffing packages in the mailbox that are too big and I find my mail on the ground a lot instead of in the mailbox.
