So far so good, we got a 10x10 at an introductory price...it's adequate for our needs since we don't have a storage shed in our back yard. Easy access to the elevator and we like that one has to punch in your gate code to work the elevator too...doesn't smell moldy like the last unit we rented!! So yes I'd recommend this storage unit to friends and family, oh sometimes the on site staff is usually not readily available at times since they are doing walk thrus thru the whole building??

So I don’t usually leave reviews on places.. but this one particular place just really struck a nerve. Me and my girlfriend made a payment but it was late.. because of this.. my girlfriend was treated very poorly upon arriving.. the lady at the front was very rude and unprofessional and then met us in the main garage where the elevators are. Well she got in front of my gfs car door and acted like she was gonna block the car door from opening, well I guess she tried to intimidate my gf and it didn’t work. So she then called her manager and tried to tell her manager god knows what. Well as me and my gf walked up to her storage unit, we noticed broken glass was all over right beside the car we were driving. Literally all because we were late on a payment I guess? I’m not really sure what’s wrong with the lady at the front but she clearly either has had a horrible day, hates her job, doesn’t know how to work with people, or maybe all the above… condescending and belittled my gf.. definitely won’t be doing business here again. I’d rather rent out a shack in someone’s backyard. Lol

Taking away my initial 5 star review after today's experience. Do not give your business to this place. Not worth dealing with the trash that runs the location. Also the place is run down. They finally fixed the 2nd elevator after a LONG time having only one elevator. The staff smokes all around the property. They are lazy and the place is a big huge garbage dump.
