“I was help by Monica when i used this bank the team there was as nice and helpful they sqeezed me after a hour drive. The banks now have make you have appointments every where now. So I'm not use to that but this team did work me in and helped me get what I needed. Monica was very out going so cool and you couldn't tell she wasn't from here I'm. GLAD she made this her home too because friendly service with a smile and all accepts of banking on point she fits right in here in my home town. She went beyond what I expected on my visit I would recommend this bank any time to anyone!. “Big chain in banking. Love these guys I can travel and find a Wells Fargo ATM almost anywhere. At this location they open two ATM sites, you say why it's a big deal? They have a SUV/ truck lane so you aren't hanging out, that's why. Inside they have multiple tellers open for lunch and closing time. Get you in and out. Special when you are running in at lunch time.”
“It's the only Bank of America presence in Benbrook. I'm really glad it's there because we are in Benbrook at least once a week and go to Granbury every so often and need to get cash about 1/2 the trips so it's very convenient.”

“I've avoided commercial banks for years. My wife and I had to open account here for "reasons" not related to my credit union. It took two trips because I had forgotten to unfreeze our credit. On the second visit we were able to easily get an account opened. Mr Batteau patiently took an hour to help us. He even arranged for their Merrill Lynch rep to contact us. Avoid weekend and after work crowds by using their app and ATMs that seem to be everywhere.”

“LOVED this place. It's like the little bar you go to where half of the people are regulars. It was quiet and doesn't look like a bar that you would be served one of the best lemon drop martinis you ever had, yet there we were. If you are staying at the Omni or near the convention center (this place is right behind it) stop by, we had a great time and great conversation with the bartender and I wish I had caught his name. If you're looking for fancy, this isn't the place but if you are looking for a quiet bar, good conversation and a great place. Don't pass this one up.”
