We built a treehouse with Backyard Fun Factory 3 years ago and from start to finish, the entire experience exceeded each and every expectation I had. The customer service is outstanding and the quality of the materials is absolutely the BEST. If you are in the market for a treehouse or playset, look no further. If you can dream it, their talented crew can build it.

My Playgroup has attended five different events at BFF, and have been blown away by the kindness of the staff and willingness to welcome our little ones to their incredible play equipment! The showroom is always very clean and decorated for the holidays and equipment is so much fun for kids of all ages! Highly recommend contacting BFF for private events and also their products!

My play set was delivered and installed today. The quality of the set is amazing! It is sturdy, well made and perfect for my grandkids! I couldn’t have asked for a better set. I recommend Backyard Fun Factory for your play set. You won’t be disappointed. Good job BFF!!!

Fun Factory has been such a great find! The quality of their work is fantastic, and everyone I’ve ever talked to from their company has been knowledgeable and very friendly! We had them construct our playset back in 2021, and had to have it taken down for some lawn work earlier this year. They came out and disassembled it, then came out and reassembled this past week! It is very easy to get them scheduled, and everyone that has come out here has been great! They are SUPER high caliber and are always so kind and helpful! They also offer restaining of your playset so it can stay in tip-top shape! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!!!

We love our playset! We worked with Backyard Fun Factory a year and a half ago to design a custom playset and we couldn't be happier. Our son and his friends have spent many hours playing in our backyard. The installation was professional and the playset looks great in our backyard. I'd highly recommend this company -- the quality or the materials and the workmanship is the best.

We had a large Backyard Fun Factory Playset installed in June of this year and I am delighted with it. I have 9 grandchildren, ages 2-8, and they have endless hours of fun with it. In addition to the playset, we had them install some Pogosticks, Tire Swings, and large Disk swing on our 4 Live Oak trees so our grandchildren could have fun in the shade, even in 100 degrees Texas heat. The installers were very efficient and helpful and super supportive. They have come back twice to fix things, without any questions asked!!! I highly recommend this company for guaranteed backyard fun. They are full of great ideas and their products are high quality!

I bought one of their units 10 years ago with a fort and a slide and rock climbing and swings and gliders. My four grandkids have loved it for ten years but now have grown up and no longer play on it. I’ve had Backyard Fun Factory refurbish it twice and it looked as good as new. My neighbor knew a family who would love it and use it for many more years. They have two little girls who were thrilled to get it. It took four men to gently disassemble it and move it in large pieces. I got the nicest thank u note from this lovely young family that they will use it and love it for many more years. How heartwarming to me that we were able to carry on this great playset. What a great company that makes quality products that stand the test of time.
