Went in today for interview what's the store manager Debbie... And she didn't even interview me... Didn't tell me the position then tell me the about to pay
And even told me you're not fit for the store.... I'm going to buy my boots somewhere else

Tried to return two pairs of work boots that I only had for a few days, I was told to go pick out two more pairs.when I returned to the counter then I was told that they couldn't accept my return because I wore the boots outside..... hmmmmmm
So I just left both pairs of boots.
They got me,all they care about is profit, not the customer.
I was hopeful that the White Settlement location would be good since it's close to my house, I was wrong. Walmart has better return policy and better customer service.
Guess its Cavenders for me here on out.

We came in to tonight to exchange 2 pair of work boots. The same style my hushand has always wore. Both pairs of boots rub my husband ankles and he was barely able to walk in either pair. We came in the young lady who greeted asked what kind of socks he had been wearing, she asked short or long. He said long one like I always wear. She looked over the boots, then total us to go pick out boots. We went over to the boots and made a selection of 2 differnet pair of boots. Mind you these 2 pair of boot were more expenesive. We go back to the counter and the same young lady told us after speaking to the manager, they will not be able to exchange one pair of the boot, because then had been worn outside. He has only had the 2 pair of boots for 1 week and the pair she didn't want to exchange he wore for the first time today. When we purchased these 2 pair of boots we spent over $1000.00 and had planned to spend more money tonight. We have been a loyal customer to boot barn for years, but this manager cost Boot Barn a customer. If Boot Barn is so cheap they can't exchange boots for a loyal customer, the can keep all the boots. We left all the boots at the counter and my husband walked out with only his socks on. If i could rate 0 stars that is what you would get. We will take our business else where.

For sure they got good merchandise but service is one of the most horrible experience I had do you ask anybody about help and they say all the help is here just look around they are very rude won't even look you in the eyes off the charts expensive work shoes

Been trading with boot barn for years. Recently bought a pair of work boots that I change my mind on never warm to perfectly brand new. Try to take them back today to exchange it for a different pair and older lady Her name was Susan at the register told me that there was nothing she could do without a receipt. I looked up boot Barnes return policy said If you don’t have to have a receipt they will exchange it, and I did not see a time limit on How long you had to return them by. So I will try different boot barn and will never come back to this one
