The people at the front desk are very welcoming and work hard to ensure your needs are met. I felt like they have gone above and beyond many times. The leadership should definitely recognize they’re contributions to customer satisfaction.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Check in was easy. Location is perfect around many restaurants. Super clean rooms. And the best part? THE BED! Most comfy bed I’ve had in a loooooong time. It was a perfect stay, and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and the amenities (kitchenette) are appreciated. I would recommend updating the electrical outlets to include USB ports. Also, make sure fixtures like door knobs and shower curtains are secure.

Tina at the front desk was amazing! Super helpful & polite! That woman works! She was hustling all over getting her "side work" done. And never missed a beat. Even watching her with other customers was cool. Wish I could find an employee like that! Clean & nice rooms. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is fine for the price, and the kitchen in the room is very useful, we came all the way from Massachusetts to be with our son who is in Air Force Tech School for Thanksgiving break for 7 nights, so it's good to be able to prepare homemade food for him. Be aware that there is no daily housekeeping, if you need new towels you have to bring the used ones to the front lobby and wait until they bring clean ones to your room, you can't just ask someone from the housekeeping crew. Same thing about the trash, you have to place the trash bags inside the trash containers, they don't pick up in the hallway as all the other hotels I’ve been in usually do. I learned it the hard way after leaving them outside and they called me to place it in the container. The kitchen only comes with 2 of each, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, forks, knives, and spoons, for a family it's definitely not enough but if you request them at the front office they will bring extras you need. The gym is good, they also have free parking, which is a plus.Walkability: Restaurants in the same Plaza, on the other side of the road a convenience store, that was open on Thanksgiving Day and we were able to buy water. Supermarket within 0.5 miles.

Picked this location for several reasons. Appreciated the convenient location. Didn't interact with the staff much but when I did, they were pleasant. Only thing that stopped them from get a complete 5 stars was the absence of a pool and insufficient food pantry. Also, the rooms are still under some construction, but the workers were courteous to the guests by not starting until 8am and being done by 6pm. Otherwise, I had a great stay

Used 60k of my reward points and they give me the room closest to the front desk, so was loud as hell all the time. Room had more than a dozen small to medium holes in the wall, bath towel was shredded, light fixture was dangling off the wall, light In bathroom flickered like crazy, bed was obviously not a Queen as it was advertised, tv was at least 12 years old and had a bad spot on it, no decor on the walls just blank slate. Awful experience. Do not stay here!!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is clean the minute you walk in. When I went to the room it had a strong odor of paint. I went to Walmart to get some food to cook in the morning for my kids. The stove top that the room has did not work. I called the from desk to let them know that the stove top wasn’t working. The front desk said that they let the manager know, and were waiting for the call to see if they could move me to a different room with a working stove top, and that they would call me back. I never got an answer from front desk or the manager. I had to take the food I bought back to Walmart to get a refund. I asked for a discount on the room and front desk said that they are not allowed to do that. It had to be the manager that will be in Monday morning to work. I stay there till Sunday. I only stayed one night because I had to return to Fort Bliss the next night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is located in front of a freeway with nothing around it except Chick-fil-A and Panda Restaurant the name of the hotel Candlewood Suites, you would expect the units are suites but surprise!!!! does not have any suites at all. They call the bedrooms... suites with two queen beds 1 bathroom two burner electric stove two plates two bowls two Forks to butter knife cutting board and one knife dish soap dishwasher paper towel measuring cup coffee maker one pot holder and one dish towel. A full size refrigerator a recliner table to work on TV dresser one side table in the middle of two queen beds with a landline that doesn't work. In our unit anyway. The water in the shower is like a drip system so you cannot shower fast because the water is slow. The hotel does not have in house housekeeping. It was a shocking Discovery when we were told in the front desk that we have to stay at least 8 days before we can get housekeeping to clean our room. They only clean rooms once a week!!!!!OMG!!!!!! For real????How unsanitary!!! So does it mean when the person book only two nights or overnight stay it will not be cleaned leanings will not be changed toilet will not be cleaned towels will not be replaced?Just thinking about it makes me imagine horrible things!!When you want your towels replaced you have to bring them in the front desk and they will replace them. If you put your dirty towels in front of your room you will get fined for $25 as well as when you put your garbage bag in the front of your unit, a fine will be added to your bill.Today the lady in the front desk woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She is not happy to help. And all these penalties were not explained during booking process and check- in. To summarize it all if you're not staying more than a week clean your own room bring your dirty towels to the front for a placement throw away your garbage and the garbage can by the stairs or not coming to this hotel at all. If you do ask all the questions before you book your rooms. And make sure you keep busy away from this hotel because it's mainly just for sleeping in and out all day. It's not a place to relax and enjoy your stay, unless these issues does not matter to you. .

First room was a no for us. The air conditioning didn't work in the bed room. Switched rooms from a king to a double room. Was not pleased with this stay. Was not terrible but disappointed.

The hotel allows pets, and it smelled like it in the lobby. Rooms were clean, though! And the staff was very helpful!

The service and accomodations were excellent!!! The room was very comfortable. Jenna, at the front desk, did everything humanly possible to ensure that our stay was memorable. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. I believe that we have found our regular place to stay the next time we visit Ft. Worth.

During our recent visit we came upon an issue and Shiv Patel the Operations Manager provided exceptional customer service and handled it very quickly for us. I would definitely stay here again.
