They waited until I came in for my THIRD donation to say I’m temporarily deferred because my protein was low for my first donation/sample. Wasted gas and time and they expected me to drive back just to give another sample and only be paid $10.

Everyone is very friendly they just schedule too many appointments at the same time causing you to have to sit and wait for an hour after appointment time.

I like coming here and i will come back here, but i will say the employee(skylar gowen) was trying to be petty just because i corrected him saying my name wrong and i wasn’t being rude to him about it, i felt like he was trying to get me banned from donating.

PEOPLE, STOP DONATING! These plasma centers make up to $10k per bottle, and here we are getting chump change for our plasma. Don't waste any more of your time fooling with these greedy centers.

This is a great place if you need some extra cash. They are very professional and put money on a debit card that same day. Very cool place. You get 100 first 4 times you go. Recommended

Best rates. Best service. The employees work well together and this makes the donation experience flow better, IMO. They are always busy working the floor. If there is a wait to be disconnected or connected, it's for a valid reason. Every time I go back I see a new wonderful thing. I wish I could name all the employees here on this 5 star review. Yall are great! I feel comfortable and safe enough here to bring one my most precious family members to donate too. So I do! Still amazing.

Been going as return donors now for about a month on Tuesday and Friday recently had to change our days to Monday Thursday they had no problem with us changing our days at first the system aloud us to make the appointment change last week now this week we showed on Monday no problem showed up today Thursday and say we cannot donate because it's not our day the system aloud us to make the appointment so we drove all that way for nothing spoke to the staff and they were unwilling to fix it even though we donated last week on Monday and Thursday had to drive home on empty tank second time this has happened so we're looking for another place not happy about it.

They make you schedule an appointment but overbook each time slot so it's a long wait time. There were 25 people waiting to be seen, all the chairs were taken and people lining the walls. They only call people by first names and make it seem like your fault if you're not the right person. Ridiculous.

Seems clean and the wait is not too long. The pay is great but not sure I'll make the new donor payout within the time limit. It's hard to get appointments within the time frame. They stay booked up days ahead of time.

It started out a nitemare as I got skipped by 7 people as this was my first time there. But when I got to lay down and get stuck Yoshi was very pleasant and the most wonderful personality I've met donating!!!!!!!! Very good at what she do. 1☆ without her, 5 ☆'s because of her.
