I appreciate the level of personalized detail we are always treated with. They have been taking care of our fur babies for years. I know they are in good hands whenever I take them in for check-ups, vaccines, any anything else.

We were in and out in a timely manner. The staff was nice and non judgmental like some places can be. Knowledgeable! I believe we found a new Vet home

Very pleased with my visit here. My foster dog received excellent care at a reasonable price. Dr. Todoroff is a knowledgeable vet who cares about her patients, and the staff was all friendly and helpful.

Would give negative if I could. They lost our records. Then charged me 2 days in a row for things i didn't authorize. I let it go the 1 day because I would have agreed to it. Then one vet tech says one thing another says something else. Vet yesterday was very nice and professional today's Dr. Todoroff is not. Speaks to an adult ( me) like they are a child. When corrected can be heard speaking ill of the adult outside the room. Also be warned they aren't aware/ don't follow the bill that passed requiring a owner be notified of charges before they complete things. Edited to add they didn't know the difference between a male and a female dog. Complete nightmare. Used them for years, they don't have records of it. I do. Plus they have faxed the groomer that shots were up to date. They say they don't have record of that either. Do not send your fur babies to Dr. Todoroff and the staff. One vet tech that I saw yesterday and briefly today was professional and kind. The other not so much. Front desk was kind as always. I do not recommend and will be finding a new vet. Highly concerned they lost records and today cant tell the difference between a male and female 5 year old dogs. To make it easier they are different colors. Have different colored collars with their names on them. The names are good indicator of which is male and female. At this point. I'm not even sure they examined the dogs since they took them to the back to do everything. Half of which I was not consulted about. 800 in 2 days for the animals but yet not sure what was done. I know what they put on the print out. I was spoken to like a child. Take your babies elsewhere. Also was told the office manager would call but guess I shouldn't hold my breath for that call as they also said she only works 1 day a week. I'm guessing that's why they lost my records and why when you read down they have lost others too. Update as of 9.11 3 to 4 pm spoke with the office manager. It started off well, she was concerned. Stated she is going to look into the lost records and coach staff but also condescending when asking if she got back with me in time? I explained that she did. She attempted to quote my above statement about not holding breath. She did so incorrectly. I did explain that her tone was not needed she stated it's " little digs like this". well, maam I was told you work 1 day a week. She stated that she is managing 2 operations and works 5 days a week split so about 2.5 at each. I stated I was told you worked 1 day a wk. She told me she didn't know what to believe. I wish them all the best I can say im not surprised about the vets tone when an office manager is also condescending about " little digs" it wasnt a dig. It's what I was told by 3 staff. I do wish them the best. However, yall I won't bother trying to get answers. She looked at the notes and stated that the notes stated 1 cat weighs 6.8 lbs. No, he weighs 19.3 according to the print out they gave me. I do have a different cat that weighs 6.8. Lbs. She is older and a much smaller cat. Maybe if you only have 1 animal they can handle keeping proper documentation However, from my experience with them if you have multiple, all different breeds, sizes and some male and some female they can't get the notes/documentation correct.

After bringing my dog in for a 2nd opinion, due to the negligence of the first vet, I received no help from Frontier Veterinary Hospital.Upon Max's visit to Frontier, he had a mass on his foot that we learned is so swollen it has broken one of his toes and removed it from the rest of foot. Naturally we were hoping for a resolution finally and informed them of the medication he was already on and that he was not reacting well too. What was Frontier's solution? "Let's double his dose of medications!" After 2 days, Max couldn't muster the energy to pick himself off the ground, so he urinated where he laid and would often mop it up spinning in circles trying to stand.I called Frontier with these concerns, to see if we should take him off medication completely or just down a dose. The vet tech with "25+ years experience" diagnosed him over the phone with a slipped disc causing paralysis... (?)I didn't give him his medication that evening, back to walking. Didn't give him his medication the next morning, no more messes and back to normal. This veterinary hospital does not know what they are doing and they do not care about your pet/family member. They would rather drug your animals than provide them the care they need. But of course, they make a lot more money prescribing pills that cause more problems than to just solve the one requested.I DO NOT RECOMMEND RISKING YOUR PET'S LIFE BY AFFORDING THEM THE CARE OF FRONTIER PET CLINIC.**[Update 9/13/23]** It was determined after an additional veterinary visit, it was discovered that this vet refused to provide the proper medication because they do not have proper permitting for controlled drugs, they can only use experimental over the counter medications. Because of Frontier's lack of care, my pup needed to be euthanized and lived his last weeks in pain since this veterinarian office refused to help him. Please take your loved one to a REAL VETERINARIAN OFFICE and not this For-Profit pet scam business.

I am very disappointed with my experience at vet clinic today. I had an appointment scheduled to get shots for my dog Lady and nails trimmed for Jimmy who has to be sedated so he doesn't get hurt. I arrive at 7:30AM to find door locked so I called and no one answered. I then call back a few minutes later and spoke with someone to let them know I was out front and door was locked. I discovered my appointment time according to person I spoke with to be at 8:30 not 7:30 so I told them I would be back at that time no problem. I arrive at 8:30 to discover my appointments had been cancelled. I did not request cancellation and that word never came out of my mouth. A lady named Paige stated that she had spoken with me when I called back and requested cancellation which was a lie. I had already given Jimmy meds before surgery and was told they may be able to work me in as those appointments had already been taken. Unacceptable as I already had appointment and I find it hard to believe my appointment time slots were already booked when they even opened late. Was told manager on vacation and they would have her call me once she returns.

Nothing but good things to say. This is a drive from my house but worth it. From the receptionist who helped me make my appointment, to the vet tech and vet, the staff was so friendly and not pushy at all. I did a trial run bringing my dog in but I plan to make the switch and go here from now on. Give them a try ?
