Have lived here for a good while been going in there for a long time, Never had a problem. Went in there after work today, Took 30 minutes to get somebody to help me and they didn't know what they were doing. Said I had to wait for the other person but after about 40 minutes I said forget it. Horrible service now

I bought three appliances on June 29. An GE Gas range, a microwave to go over my stove and an LG refrigerator with icemaker. Made arrangements to have products delivered on Monday, July 31st product delivered by two delivery men. As soon as products in house I was told the could not be installed with wiring I had used for old appliances. Granted I have older house and assume accessories were old. I was told Home Depot had a on group that could come out free of charge to see if they could install. I decided to keep products and made arrangements for their plumbers to come put. I was told microwave would not work at house and decided to return microwave, which I did. I made arrangements for Home Depot plumbers to come out at scheduled time between q2 and 4. I co firmed time next day. I wIted at house all afternoon and no show. I called store and was told be there between 1 and 5. I waited til after 5 and no shows. I called store and was informed I wasn't on list. I talked to customer service supervisor and was told for what I needed they could not do installation and I had never been scheduled at all. I asked if I could return products and told NO. It had been over 48 hours. So here I sit was two new appliances not installed or returnable. I have called trained and certified plumbers and electricians to come out on Tuesday July 9. Hopefully they can resolve my wiring problem. I will not use this store again, and will tell my story of Home Depots' dysfunction and poor service to anyone who is interested. Not impressed with customer service dept. Very misleading and very unhelpful.

Went here, used a card without my name on it. Did not put my email in. Yet I receive an email asking for my feedback from my trip. They are creeping on you. Will not be back.

Bought a new toilet, shower curtain and shower curtain hooks. Associate helped load toilet in the truck. Helpful.

I had a terrible experience here, I felt discriminated by a young black men here at this location, he works at the paint section and not only was he extremely dismissive, but he decided that since I was taking "too long" to choose a paint, he just turned around and ignored me and began attending to other customers!
I will never return to this location again!

Curbside delivery is beyond awful at this location!!!! They will leave you sitting for over an hour and are unapologetic about it! They should send their associates to the Weatherford location for some up training!
