The process to leasing a storage unit was easy and quick. I had phone calls and emails that felt both professional and warm. The unit was extremely clean and the representative was so much fun to hang with while she took me on a tour to see the units I would choose from.
5 stars is what I say. 5 star service.

Northwest storage is awesome.i ran into hard times and got behind on the rent. I reached out and explained my situation and they were very helpful. As long as I kept in touch and sent whatever money I could to try to catch up. They were able to keep it from auction by me trying to pay half of my total. I just want to personally say thanks again everyone at Northwest storage. People are so quick to post bad reviews and hardly any good reviews. Have a great day and I'll always be grateful for you guys at Northwest storage... I had family albums and other priceless things to me and y'all helped by helping me keep it. As of now I've paid off the entire bill and moved my stuff out. But would recommend anyone looking for storage. Thanks,

I have had a storage unit at Northwest Storage on Whitesettlement Road 76108 since 2009. I closed out my storage today Nov. 17,2023. The front office has been exceptional. Their customer service is the best!
