Best experience I’ve had at a Sally’s Beauty store! Jasmine saw me looking at the hair dye and offered help. She helped me find the perfect color for me and my mom. She was really knowledgeable and ensured I knew how to do everything. Jasmine guided me around each section of the store and picked everything up for me. I left without forgetting a single thing because of her. Thank you Jasmine!

i just went into sally’s and mikayla (i hope im spelling her name right) was amazing! very nice and knew how to perfectly instruct me on how to use the products i purchased. she was very pretty and very sweet! i’m very happy with my first visit today because of her!!🩷🩷🩷

The manager who helped my mother and I yesterday was amazing at answering all the questions we had about coloring. She provided great product suggestions and advice :) the employee working with her was also very nice and helpful as well

The customer service was great, however, they sold me shampoo that was not intended for what I wanted so ofcourse it didn't work. Neither did the dye she recommended. My hair looks worse than when I went in. Disappointed so much I won't go back.

Really poor experience’ I have been coming here (white settlement) for years but today I go in there and the lady quite literally pushed a cart around following me through the small store which was very uncomfortable. When I realized I wasn’t finding what I needed I asked her where it was and was then asked so are you just going to hold that stuff in your sweater???? I said hold what opened my sweater to clearly expose I wasn’t hiding nothing as she still preceded to look up and down and on my sides to see what I had. She had suggested I was hiding mascara and wasn’t at any point looking at the mascara. I know theft is unfortunate thing stores have to constantly deal with but how that was handled was highly offensive and I hope I never have to experience something like that again.
