The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were quite clean… even my wife was happy with the cleanliness. The location gives easy access to 820 and there’s both a Panda Express and Chik-fil-A within EASY walking distance, for a quick bite to eat.

Breakfast was gone early one morning out of 5, nice clean place, didn't clean room one day but no big deal, definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a king room.The good - The bed was comfortable, and the ac was nice and cold. The shower had good water pressure and was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. There was the usual continental fair, but they also had fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, which was nice.The bad - The bathroom door did not latch easily. You had to push down on the door handle very hard, and then it was near impossible to open afterward. They did not make the bed while we were gone. There were dirty men's underwear under the edge of the bed. Made us wonder just how well the room was cleaned from guest to guest. Being this close to 820, the road noise was very loud at times. I did not count off for this since we knew it was right off the loop. Just more as an FYI for any future guests.Nearby activities: There are tons of restaurants, gas stations, and such close by, which was very convenient.

The rooms are SO much nicer than I remember! They must have upgraded all of the rooms and did an AMAZING job! Feels like a $100+/night room for a much more affordable price! Plus its right across the street from Chick-fil-a.. cant beat that! Lol.

The manager was very understanding when I told him that one of the guests was handicapped and could not get in and out of the bed by herself. The bed was too tall. So he moved us to a handicap accessible room. Plus the housekeepers came every day to see if we needed anything.

Rooms are clean, Unfortunately the staff stated that a double room with 2 queen beds only gets 2 towels. So this is a problem if you have 3 people in the room.

Rented the room for 1 night because I live with my cousin and his 92 yr old father was coming to spend the night. They only have 3 bedrooms and I could have slept on the couch but I didn't want to.

Super clean and quiet rooms. Newer seeming and far more fresh than other 2.5 Star hotels in the area. Unfortunately to see front desk agent was very insulting and quite rude. Also, I felt it to be unprofessional the way he just sits behind the desk in a chair with his lap top completely uninterested in helping the hotel function. This person is the only person who has treated me like a con artist instead because of my service dog. He is legit and I didn't appreciate him demanding I see explain my health and reasons for the dog. That's illegal. When I pointed that out, he told me I could just forfeit the room as far as he's concerned. I had already paid andn100% was in compliance with legalities and politely followed all rules and regulationsm. His aggressively negative attitude wasn't a proper response to a disabled guest needing proper assistance as the law provides requirements for. I was nice and polite. Presented all required documents for the situation and although I should not have to legally, I submitted to his pressure and power move and explained to him my condition and why a service animal is necessary and really should not of been threatened with losing the roof over my head if I didn't expose my private matter and provide him with all the details and specific reasons for the necessity of service animal. Not only did I feel forced and bullied into providing him with privated information , but he acted like I was lying and even mentioned doubts that I have any legitimate health problems. He said since I provided all mandatory documentation and answered all his intrusive questions, that it was proof enough to stay but that I wouldn't likely last long. He said he wouldnt give me the boot after all and that I could checkin, but since he was allowing it, he further threatened if my dog were to bark at all... even once... that he would know about it, and said I would be immediately ejected from the room. Permanently removed losing the cost of the room as a loss of my own. Said this was his condition for allowing me to stay! That's definitely not what the Americans with Disabilities Act states and his power move felt pretty unethical. I imagine he regularly handles disabled customers with the same prejudiced judgement. Then he called at 930 the next morning alerting me if check out. Really didn't like that such an unprofessional bully would be in control of such a nice nice hotel bc it would have been a 4 out of 5 had it not been for his mean spirited behavior & unprofessional service. The hotel in its own was SUCH A NICE SURPRISE. Great building, room, breakfast, location, etc... TERRIBLE SERVICE and his protocol was at the very least in inadequate for disabled accomodations but possible on the verge of the being illegal bc of his discrimination and lack of concern for the proper rules for which he is legally obligated to adhere to as required by law.Rooms: The guy working behind the front desk is a major A HOLE .. rude and threatened to cancel my reservation and NOT refund me at arrival/check in becUse I have a registered service dogNoteworthy details: Good location off hwy 820 Jim Wright FWY... Awesome place to stay always cheaper then the other three around it. Great staff carrying and understanding. The only down fall of this hotel is there doors. There good doors. They are all not air tight so you will extra highway noises but around 11pm you won't hear anything. Other then that there awesome no Roches or bed bugs.
