The absolute easiest hotel in America. Do not stay here! It is infested with roaches that will get in your bags and you’ll transport them unknowingly back to your own home. This place needs to be imploded. Motel 6 don’t even respond. You are liars and disgusting business owners to have such a disgusting establishment. I couldn’t sleep for roaches crawling on my face and body.

Booked for a whole week. First day I arrived, room was decent. BUT as soon as we turned off the lights ROACHES crawling everywhere. We were killing them for a good 30 min until I was over it and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. Mans didn’t seem surprised whatsoever, right away gave me a different room. Got up right out of there to the next which was way cleaner. Got a funny smell but no roaches. Crackheads all over the parking lot, up and down the stairs smh. Idk if it’s okay to leave garbage outside of the rooms but some seemed to be out there for days, it was stinky AF! This is the second Studio 6 I stay in and they all seemed to be infested with roaches.. that being said, carry your own pest repellent and febreze!

Do not stay at this location. Has roaches, a pan where a stove is supposed to be, and the service is very poor. When I told the front desk that it had roaches and asked for bug spray they said they'd bring me some. Never happened. The motel and studio 6 brands need to be better about what locations are allowed to carry their name.

Terrible stay, stayed here for one night and never again. The room was disgusting and it smelled like smoke (I had to buy air freshener to make it smell alright) . Bed sheets and towels had a stain , shower curtains had mold and the AC unit was looking moldy has well. My room looked like it was under construction and the photos on the website was misleading and the information provided

The hotel looked like a trap house! Definitely not motel 6 standards!!!! Sketchy people and roaches! Thank God no bed bugs, I checked first thing because of the nasty appearance!

So I had a surgery done and needed a place to spend the night to do a checkup the next day, so needed a room without need for many amenities as just recovering from surgery. So figured this place couldn’t be that bad, and booked it online day before surgery. So I have surgery, and then tired arrive at the Studio 6 lobby to check in.I’m literally pressing their pager multiple times in about 20 minutes as nobody was attending the front desk. Even got on phone and tried calling them, no answer. Very frustrating- but during my wait for someone I could see behind their glass security window at the merchandise they sold guests, typical snacks, grooming supplies, and what SHOULD have warned me to ditch this place - bug & roach spray. Yes, they seriously want guests to pay for bottles of spray to take care of their own pest infestation!Get to the room, and immediately greeted by roaches, and a no working television. Called the front, they sent someone down as the main power cable was disconnected and they fixed it.When they were fixing the TV I was setting up the WiFi on my phone with the password they gave me, it wouldn’t work. They said oh it’s because you have an iPhone, it works for me and shows me an Android. That’s good it works for Android but the majority of the US population has iPhones so maybe get those to work too?!Horrible sleep because kept waking up wondering if the roach friends were crawling on me while sleeping, and also wondering with the condition of the room if they have bedbugs too. Wouldn’t surprise me.Showering was interesting - the nozzle aims so low it’s catered for midgets so you literally have to bend your knees to get under water. And don’t try to use the handrail in shower it’s hanging halfway out. And they have no working fan in bathroom either so you come out and it’s like a sauna.I didn’t expect much nor looking for much except for a clean place, nothing about this place is clean. Motel 6 should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this place to use their brand. I will never EVER stay at one of these places again. I’ll spend more money on places that have amenities I won’t use.Also just curious to mention they advertise about their pool, but it’s clearly obvious that pool has been dirty forever and not in use so don’t fall prey to that if you’d use a pool - not that I would have used it anyway as they can’t even keep rooms clean.Rooms: Nasty nasty nasty

Stayed here for a moth while I was visiting my friends in Forth worth. I must say the staff is very friendly and offers help whenever you need. I was provided with quality service every week. I had an issue with microwaves and the manager quickly replaced it with a new one. Its quite cheap and affordable. Definitely recommend

Got there from out of town and I had already made reservations. We pull up and you can already see it didn't look clear or safe .I went in the room and there was an odor and dead flys and the bed . There was some kind of big bug between the mattress and headboard.There was roaches .stains on the comforter.The guy in the front was nice and upstanding but we couldn't stay there. I asked for a refund.

This at one time was a nice clean hotel. now this has become an infestation of homeless people with drug activity. This would certainly not be my first, second or third choice for a hotel to stay in. with all the activity going on this is not the safest place to be.Safety: not the safest place to be.

Was walking to IHOP and heard the manager screaming and cursing at a woman with a baby in her arms kicking them out because she had someone bring her a soda. I will never ever be back there and have and will keep telling people not to go there.

I would like to thank Sam Patel and staff for my pleasant stay at Studio 6 extended stay in White Settlement. From the very first call about weekly/monthly rates, Sam was more than accommodating. He asked about my needs during my stay and ensured I had a room near the office due to me staying there alone. He also made sure I had the closest range to wifi router for remote work from laptop. No bugs or vermin. Super hot water. Excellent air conditioning it would freeze me out :). All appliances and phone work. Over 150 working cable channels.. I could go on. Very good security around the clock. Never once was I in any danger. Their long-term residents are some of the most kind and caring people you will ever meet ❤️ Their maintenance and housekeeping staff were incredible. Among the best I have ever experienced in any hotel/motel. Their top maintenance man, John, was always on top of things and is working hard to keep the property and the rooms in tip-top shape. I will definitely refer my friends and family to stay at Studio 6.

Was travelling from Ohio to Texas with family, Stayed here for a week, amazing weekly rate, rooms have stove tops, really big refrigerator and big microwave. The staff was friendly and the manager Sam was the best, Had the best experience talking to him and the guidance he gave me regarding how to get best deals.

Roaches. ?Quick access to I-820 & I-30Nice people in office. The rooms are nice overall & they come w/ a stove top, full size refrigerator, & microwave.They are located about 10 minutes from downtown I'd say, not bad.

Rooms were okay especially if your on a budget. We were waiting for house to finish being prepared. Someone did overdose in the room below us. Many drug users on the property.
