They can't be bothered to pick up their phone. I called for appliances and never could get through. I do not recommend this company. Hopefully a manager will see this and step up customer Service a little bit.

I will never buy another appliance from home depot again. Bought a GE fridge with the wonderful 5 year warranty that will not be honored. 2 years old. The tech that came out was so rude. As much as called me a liar. They refuse to do anything. We had to put it outside because the smell from burnt wire was so bad. I am on a fixed income. I did indeed go and buy a new fridge but not from home depot. I went to Lowe's. All the years I lived in Phoenix, Arizona never had a problem with a warranty until here in Texas. very disappointed. Wasn't asking for a totally refund just some compensation.

We bought a GE Fridge 2 years ago. On Sunday, Feb 21st, It stopped making ice, stopped freezing food, milk went bad because it was not cold inside. The unit began to smoke and smell like burning plastic. The smell had permiated food that was in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The cashier is asking for your social security number when you try to use your frequent shopper card. I told her I usually use my cell number and she said it doesn't work like that anymore it had to be my social security number. Sounds like cashier is getting social security numbers to scam people
