“Jesse and Taylor went way above and beyond today taking care of my wife and I. We came in to purchase some footwear and ended up getting three pairs. On the second pair of my wife’s Birkenstocks there was only a display model left and it was a little dirty so they went ahead and discounted it for us and we really appreciate it!!”

“Great Experience! Our sales person was Destiny and she was extremely experienced and knowledgeable of their boot selections. Excellent customer service and she provided all kinds of features and benefits of the various styles. She not only sold me the right pair of boots for my needs but my friend that was with bought a pair somewhat similar. I coached sales techniques for my career path and she is a real keeper. “This store and their employees saved my kiddo's Christmas and now he can have magic for another year. The only thing he asked for from Santa was his favorite character plushie from Murder Drones. The ones we ordered from Glitch Productions never shipped. I called this morning and not only did they have one but they set it aside for me. 3 hour round-trip to Fort Worth Hulen Mall, but it was the last plushie! I also had an employee help me decide on a shirt that wouldn't cause sensory issues for my son. Every employee I encountered was authentic, helpful, and polite. Thank you, Helen Hot Topic!”

I went in hoping for it to not be too busy so maybe I could get styled. I hit the jackpot, with the exception of the lack of AC. Note to whoever is reading this.. be very ashamed of yourself to expect your employees to work the floor with just a freaking fan on a 95 degree day. I would've totally left this flaming oven, if it were not for Iris.
She pulled a lot of ensembles. I mean she went all out. Unfortunately, some of your options are really grumpy and elderly looking, but she pulled a few winners for me.
Iris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She even pulled up some TikTok videos for styling. I will definitely call before coming back to make sure the AC works and that Iris is there!”
“Moved from saltwater fly fishing and poked into this Orvis a few time. Stephen was always super kind and helped me on my journey to decide what I wanted. “Visited this Buckle location yesterday and had a fantastic experience. We were shopping for jeans for someone who needs both larger and taller sizes, and Bailey was incredibly helpful. She had a fitting room ready to go for us and was so kind and on top of things. My only wish was that they carried more stock of larger sizes, since tall people (especially women) also need jeans! Otherwise, a great shopping trip!”
“Back in the early 2000 I used to shop at Ashley's often and I stopped for financial reasons and the clothes weren't flattering for the price. I've recently gone back and I'm pleasantly surprise by the beautiful pieces. Now my only issue is the fitting process. Some of my sizes fit in some things and not in others reason I can't order online. I have to physically go in the store to try on things and often times the store doesn't have the online item. But I still love yall....just gotta work on what's best for my shape....all plus size women aren't boxy or apple shaped....”

“I have recently been in the Old Navy on Porter Street, close to Harmon and 287 in Fort Worth. Both time I was extremely satisfied with the selection and prices. The staff is very helpful and polite. There is a Ross down a few businesses from them and I used to shop at Ross often when I lived in Plano. But Old Navy has become my preferred place to shop for casual clothing and certain accessories. I highly recommend that particular Old Navy in Fort Worth.”
“This is the only boutique I know of in FW that carries Magnolia Pearl. Being an MP lover, I just browsed their website and fount a pair of pants I've been thinking about for months. Decided to pull the trigger and order them through Imani Imani. I got them SO FAST! Amazing customer serice and the owner is so kind. Highly recommend doing business with them”
