On the second pair of my wife’s Birkenstocks there was only a display model left and it was a little dirty so they went ahead and discounted it for us and we really appreciate it!!”
“I worked with Joan in June 2026. I didn't have a clear idea of the model of shoe that I wanted. Based off a combination of my order history and the purposes for the shoes that I told Joan, she recommended a few models. She fitted me into the two recommendations that we settled on, and I was tremendously grateful to walk out of the store with one pair of new sneakers. I also ordered a different model of shoes that I liked in a color and size that weren't available in the shop.”

“Fantastic place. Needed a formal dress last minute . Amazing inventory and selection. There were so many options and styles for all sizes. Owner was so kind and helpful. “This store and their employees saved my kiddo's Christmas and now he can have magic for another year. The only thing he asked for from Santa was his favorite character plushie from Murder Drones. The ones we ordered from Glitch Productions never shipped. I called this morning and not only did they have one but they set it aside for me. 3 hour round-trip to Fort Worth Hulen Mall, but it was the last plushie! I also had an employee help me decide on a shirt that wouldn't cause sensory issues for my son. Every employee I encountered was authentic, helpful, and polite. Thank you, Helen Hot Topic!”

“My husband and son stopped by earlier this month and left disappointed. There was one employee working and one other customer in the store. The employee never acknowledged my husband or son at all — no “welcome,” no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. She kept all her attention on the other customer who appeared to just be browsing, so it wasn’t a busy moment. After being completely ignored, they left without making any purchases.
This past Saturday, we were in the area and stopped in again because my husband genuinely loves the brand. As soon as we walked in, Winston greeted us enthusiastically and completely changed the tone. He had great energy, made us feel welcome right away, and was attentive in a professional, non‑pushy way. He checked in as we browsed, offered help when needed, and was just a genuinely positive presence. His coworker Alex was also friendly and helpful.
My husband tried on several items, made his purchases, and we left feeling great about the visit. Winston is an excellent representative of the brand, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and attitude.”
