Wynona Ogg, one of the managers, at AutoZone in Whitehouse, Texas is the absolute BEST!!! She always goes above & beyond to not only help me with any issue I might be having, but never fails to do whatever it takes to assist me in resolving it! She keeps her store immaculate, organized & knows a whole lot about everything! I highly recommend doing business with the AutoZone in Whitehouse & specifically asking to speak to Wynona. I know I won’t do business with any other auto parts store around the Tyler area & I won’t trust anyone other than Wynona to take care of any of my auto part needs! Highly, highly recommend! 20 out of 10 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my favorite AutoZone location. We come in quite often and are always greeted with a friendly smile and even if they don’t have what we need in the store, they try their best to find it for us. We Especially like Issac Serrano. He is an amazingly helpful and friendly employee.

Recently I stopped in here with my family to grab supplies. We were advised of multiple ways to solve our problems. Definitely one of the best parts store experiences I've had. Appreciate the team that's there! Tony definitely secured you a new lifetime customer. Appreciate all the knowledge.

Had to return part. Was specifically told that because I ran my debit card as credit instead of debit and that it read MasterCard instead of debit card. Refund would be immediately put back on card. Waited 3 days to return because refund was not credited back. Then was told by the same person that it would take two to five business days for the credit to show. This location although very friendly. Either misspoke or not knowledgeable about return process.

This Auto Zone location has a little lifesaver working there; his name is Ty Stevens and he totally made my day! Be sure to ask for him if you want above and beyond customer service!

I dread the thought of coming to this place. Everything is overpriced. Poor customer service. I tried to return a phone holder, and I had to answer a million questions. I get it you are trying to make it hard to return things, but at least you can have better products. I will be doing my shopping on Amazon.

The staff is very kind. they have helped me time and time again. Always smiling and greeting me and making me feel welcome when i walk into the building. Parts are easy to get ordered and questions I have are answered. High five. Love this place.love these guys and gals ;)
