The cashier litterally left the counter when we were checking out having to wait like 10 minutes for us to finish. Then was rude when we were leaving aswell as the many other employees have zero manners . Didnt even hand me my bag. Will not be coming again.

Literally just witnessed an older gentleman try to walk in before closing time and the doors were already locked. 15 minutes before they’re supposed to be closed and the poor gentleman couldn’t get what he needed. It’s a sad world of selfishness we’re living in

If I could give no stars I would. Carol that works there was super rude to two different customers. One of the customers she was super sarcastic to and the guy was just trying to ask her a question on if they carried a certain product. We were checking out and she came over and stood watching us scan our items and then accused us of stealing dog food when it was clearly on the screen that it had been scanned. Very unprofessional. She really needs to be trained on customer service and how to handle people.

I typically don't complain about bad experiences, but DG in Whitehouse has horrible customer service. I came in to buy a handful of products that had coupons attached in the app, for whatever reason the self checkout wasn't taking my coupons, the clerk and the manager offered to re-ring me, and when it still didn't work (even though all my products were accurate for the coupons(, the manager just gave up and walked away to help someone else! I also lost me 7.00 credit that the manager said she would honor. Had to leave the store without the items I really needed.
