I'm really disappointed in this store. The prices here are outrageous and The whole town agrees. I've seen shoes for $50 in here! Cups marked $10... all this stuff was donated and poor people go here. I asked them once to lower a price on a painted I LOVED! They said sorry we just got it can't discount it.

I don’t come here too often, (only when passing through) but when I do, it’s always a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We live in Tyler, but this Whitehouse Goodwill is the only Goodwill we will go to. The store is always so clean, organized, friendly staff, and good prices.

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would put. I went to take some stuff up there to drop off and the guy told me they don’t take any of that stuff. It was clothes, small coffee table, food processor’s, purses, crockpots, dvd’s, a small living room chair, 2 small end tables, Christmas decorations, knickknacks and some other small things. I have taken stuff up there for the last 15 years and have never been told this. This was the goodwill in Whitehouse, Texas on 7/16/2024.

This is a great store and they are doing much better at getting new items on the floor.

Went there to donate a bunch of stuff but there was no one to help unload. So we just unloaded ourselves and left.

Don't go here before we can drop our stuff off rude emmployee saying we can take we can't take this we can't sell that. so for sure know goodwill is about the money!!!!!!!

Outrageous high prices for items they get for FREE!!! They had one product they were selling for $75!! I could have bought two or three of the exact same product online for that price! Seems thrift stores are getting greedy lately
