I truly appreciate the customer service provided by Josh Hawkins Automotive. The communication about the troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair is outstanding. The repair itself was a true blessing. This price for everything is reasonable. It was a lot cheaper to take it to J.H.A. than for me to continue the random part swapping i had done before taking it to this shop. Thank you to everyone at the shop for making this as smooth as possible.

Brought my car in thinking it was my alternator and after diagnosis it was just my battery. Very nice, honest and also reasonable priced. They also went above and beyond to fully check out my car and suggested a few other things that will eventually need attention. We’ll definitely be back to get those done.

David and his team took my car in just as they were closing shop. I was in Dire Straits. The first thing they did was put my mind at ease, and helped me get home. He called the next morning with a detailed estimate of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He even broke it down to what was critical and what could be parsed out over the next few weeks so that I could afford the needed repairs. We settled on what had to be fixed to get me back on the road safely and they got to work. My car was ready before lunch. The price was less than I expected. I know that I am safe on the road again and will be able to continue with the recommended repairs over the next few weeks. To say that I am thankful is an understatement
I can’t imagine anyone offering better service !

Outstanding customer service. I’ve been using Josh Hawkins Automotive for several years now. They always listen to and address my complaints without trying to push unnecessary, expensive services. When I pick up my car they show me if/where they found any other concerns, provide estimate, and approximately how long before they could potentially become a problem. I appreciate their honesty, thoroughness, and friendliness.

Our truck had brake problems and was running rough. The mechanics diagnosed the problems and got back with us on the cost and when they could get it vehicle back to us .they
