This is the only Auto Repair shop I will take my car to when it needs to be repaired. The staff provides excellent customer service. They are friendly. They are always courteous and respectful. They are very knowledgeable and skillful at their auto repair work. And Number One for me is they can be trusted! I thank God I found them.

Nery's brother sold me a car, and the motor blew 3 weeks later. Was sent here to get the title transfered, paid over 300 bucks. After being told that if anything happened to the car, I could bring it to Nery and trade it in, I get told they would only give me 300 bucks, this is after paying 2300 which was all I had after tax, title and license. Next day I was offered a different car by Max at Paluxy Automotive, but it had overheating issues and I was told it wasn't a dependable car..., I have all the texts saved, I told him I needed a dependable car, I needed to be sure that it was fixable, and to get back with me so I could come look at it, all this within the same day. Got ghosted, so next day or day after, I showed up at the shop, just to be told that he gave the car to someone else. All the while I have waited for a call from Nery, and hes done nothing but avoid my calls, I had to show up at the office, and a secretary is the one that told me that, Nery would only give me 300 bucks for the car. All I was asking for was for him to get into another vehicle for zero down, and I was more than willing to make payments on anything. Considering I already paid 2600 toward the first car I bought from his brother, they partner together and send business to each other, you figure they would honor their word, but no, they acted shady and all of a sudden are unwilling to work with me and make it right. Extremely poor communication, extremely bad customer service. My wife is disabled, and im newly recovered from shoulder surgery and getting back to work, we lost everything, and for these guys to prey on my family just took the cake. I used everything I had, which was my income tax, and put my trust in these guys, and this is how I got done. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these guys.

This place is a true hidden gem and I cannot thank Neerie and his crew enough! Having just bought a used car for my son which started making a noise right after buying it I was quoted over 2,000 to repair the timing chain and was quoted another $300 just to evaluate the multiple codes on the engine. Stressing about how I would pay for this and if it was worth it on a used car I happened to be driving by Main St. Autos and Neerie quoted be only $850 for the same repair! A few days later my son is back to driving his new car without any issues or check engine codes! They even cleaned the battery terminals for free while the other shop had quoted me to clean them. I am beyond impressed with this shop, they sure know how to build trust and have earned a lifetime customer!

While driving my daughters to school, my dash command center started flashing, radio cut off, and steering was stiffening. I had no clue on what happened until Neri diagnosed it being the tension pulley. If I had not gotten it taken care of my alternator could’ve shot dead. This saved me 600.00 bucks. Neri and his sister Raina are such good people. They’re honest, helpful, fair, and respectful. Prices are good too! I highly recommend them!

Do not buy from this place got my car last year and have had problems with it ever since I got it and when I took it back to them to get my money back within the first month they denied me and when I asked if they can fix the car they sold me in bad faith they charged me for the repairs just for it to keep having issues save your sanity and buy from somewhere else

Not a review about getting my car fixed but a review about purchasing firewood from them. We bought a lot of wood and it was clearly not going to fit in my Toyota Camry, the man offered to load it all in his truck and bring it to my home and unload it. I don’t live far from the shop as it is but man I really appreciate it! Talk about helping your community!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Jorge will check your car and give you ALL your options upfront with a price. He also wait or make suggestions on how to find a budget friendly option. I've gotten multiple services complete there; brakes and rotators, ac, and a transmission flush. The mechanics are well versed in vehicles and work in timely manner.
