Have 2 grandchildren that go to this daycare and a daughter that works there. They are an awesome daycare and they really take care of the children. They have a great leaning program and director.

My son started going to daycare here about 3 weeks ago and I’m so glad we choose this daycare they definitely are efficient and even have an app to update me all day on his care and he even started walking on his own learning motor skills

My kids have been going to New Gen for 3 years and I can’t imagine them going any where else. They have made lasting friendships and great relationships with both kids and teachers. The teaching staff have been wonderful and helpful with my autistic son and accommodating to his needs. You won’t find another daycare like New Generation Learning Center.

This school is amazing if youre looking for an establishment you can trust to leave your kids with this is the one. They helped potty train my son. They even helped with teaching him how to talk post his surgery to correct his hard of hearing issue. I will always recommend New Generation to every parent I come across. Mr. Joshua and his staff love what they do and love every child that walks through their door!

My daughter loves going to New Generations. This is the 1st daycare that I have been pleased with as far as communication. Excellent staff!!!!!!

Hands down great day care! The teachers and directors are FANTASTIC! They are not just “glorified babysitters” they are educators. My 2 year old has learned SO much! I highly recommend New Generations!

I have been contemplating the words or even the effectiveness of writing a review, but simply put, I would avoid this daycare. I enrolled my children hoping for a good school environment and everything seemed fine for the first couple weeks. This soon changed and it became apparent that they only care about how many children they can shove into the little building and not the safety, education, and wellbeing of the children. When issues were brought to their attention (lost items, bullying, communication issues, false reports, education, etc.) they simply became passive aggressive and had no solutions only blaming others. My son cried every day the last couple weeks due to bullying not only from other students, but the teachers. When addressed they started to write outlandish, out of character incident reports against my son. When addressed with the area manager she was really good at making it seem like the issues would be addressed, but she did not resolve anything. My children are now enrolled in another facility and are thriving! Haven’t had a single incident report, they are happy everyday they come home, and are excited to go to daycare each day. At New Generation everyday my children came home dirty, with random bruising or scratches with no explanation, and saying they learned nothing during day. The turnover is extremely high and they cannot keep teachers or staff for more than a couple weeks. If you notice they are always hiring and there are new faces constantly. This is due to the management. Before leaving they sent out an email enticing parents to leave a five star review for a discount on tuition. Please include this in your research, every parent has to make their own decisions, but I personally would avoid this facility at all costs and I truly hope that something changes quickly.

Our granddaughter LOVES attending New Generation. This is her first time going to daycare since she’s been born and the staff there have helped her transition so well and she’s learned so much while there. Everyone is so courteous and helpful and the communication between staff and parents have been wonderful. I would recommend this daycare to anyone.

My daughter has gone here since she was 2yrs old and we couldn’t imagine her being anywhere else. The staff knows each kiddo by name and welcomes them every morning or tells them bye every evening. They communicate with the parents frequently with things happening at the school, and are willing to answer any questions you have. She will be off to kindergarten this fall and we can’t wait for little sister to take her spot and see how well she excels.

Our family loves New Generation Learning Center. We feel confident in their abilities to teach and nurture our kids and provide a safe and fun learning environment. We are blessed to have such a great center nearby!

We love NGLC! We have used them for years with both of our kiddos. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They provide lunch (Ms. Martha is awesome). We have used other daycares locally and none were remotely as good as NGLC.
