We didn’t even hesitate on picking this place for our storage needs. With all the positive reviews and great location in Whitehouse, this was an easy decision to make. Connie did a great job in helping us! We decided on a wider door entrance then the 1st one we chose which became available on our 2nd visit to come and pay. 10x15 climate controlled.
The buildings have a nice layout, security features and kept clean!

The name is accurate. There is space in the top of the units for rats to crawl from unit to unit. The amount of rat poop in the unit and on my belongings was disgusting. Gross, un kept place. There was rat poop coming out of the inside of my couch. Will never use again and never recommend. The manager can be nice all day long, but that means nothing to me when my furniture is covered in rat poop and pee.

This place is really top-notch and safe. The manager Connie is a gem. It's so nice to meet genuine good people. The storage spaces are clean, and the property is top tier safe. Highly recommend if you're in Tyler or Whitehouse.
