Very rude when the phone was answered. I’m trying to ask questions because I’ve never had to have my car towed, clearly don’t like their job and had an attitude when I was asking questions. Thumbs down

All I can say is I’ll never use another towing service again after Preston Towing!! Was at location within 20 min of me calling. I blinked and he was already hooked up to car and off in a flash!! Fastest service ever. Cheaper than others and superior customer service. 10 stars for Preston towing!!

Best towing service! I was literally saved by Jason from a sketchy area and cannot thank him enough! He came to my rescue in the middle of the night to tow an electric car to dallas. I can't say enough nice things about this guy! He is professional, on time and friendly. The 1hr and 40 min drive flew by because of his charismatic personality. Don't hesitate to call him, he will always have your back.

I highly recommend Preston's Towing, pretty straight forward, Not a bunch of B.S.. Other towing company's have a charge for everything, even the paper they write your estimate on, so if you don't want to be charged for the paper they write notes on, Call Preston's Towing !
