We love TMCC. My daughter started shortly after she turned one and I was extremely worried and a mess her first day. They messaged me multiple times throughout the day sending updates and pictures to ease my anxiety about her going. We moved out of Texas and when we moved back I put her back in TMCC. A few staff members had changed, but there were still so many familiar faces and that made me so happy knowing that there was several staff members who remembered my baby. She did so well transitioning back into the environment. She remembered one of her favorites, Ms. Kim immediately. My daughter has only attended TMCC and I am so lucky that our first daycare experience was here and that we stayed. We’ve never had any issues, and the one we did have was immediately addressed and handled, and let me be specific, it was between my daughter and another student (normal kid behaviors) - not the staff! We will continue to attend TMCC until she ages out! Their curriculum is great. Always sending photos of kiddos playing and doing classwork! 100% recommend.

Absolutely loved it and so did my boys. They are sad that they are to old to still attend. Everyday they would come home and show me work they have done and told me what they have learned academically spiritually and socially. It was a nice Christian atmosphere. Also the times I picked up my kids during nap time I would always see someone cleaning the lobby the bathrooms and the big play room/toys.

I take my niece to Tyler Metro, and she loves it there. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and when they are having a stressful day, my niece will go around to each teacher and give them a hug. When I went to pick Joy up, she was running around playing "Farm" with six other kids. She did not want to leave.

My son is currently in the Prek class and he loves it, we have no complaints. I also love that they always have some type of lesson plan for them to do every week!

I am in love with this Daycare. My son has been going there since he was 8 weeks old. All the teachers are loving and caring. Especially the infant teacher Tabitha. She does sensory development, lots of tummy time, and educational learning. She's very informative and always keeps me in the know. Its a very including atmosphere with all the teachers and they all seem to love my son. I hope it continues to be that way as my son gets older!

I can not say enough good things about this daycare! My little girl has been attending TMCC since she was 8 weeks old. From the very beginning, they worked with both of us to make sure the transition from home to daycare was smooth and painless. I have grown to know most of the women up there, and love love love every single one of them. They are trustworthy, loving, caring, and treat each of those babies as if it were their own. It really is one big family up there & that is so evident in the way things are ran and the way my little girl lights up as soon as she sees any of her teachers. Thank you guys for always providing a safe and loving environment, we are so grateful for y'all!

Our daughter has been with Tyler Metro Children’s Center for over 2 years now. We absolutely love it there. They have worked with us from the very beginning to help our daughter grow and learn. They’ve responded promptly with any concerns we have ever had. The teachers are so sweet and respectful, knowledgeable. My daughter has learned so much from them. She is nearly 5 years old and knows how to write her name and numbers, spell a few names of colors from songs she has learned, and much more. They all know her by name and we have never had a problem. The teachers and staff are always cleaning the rooms when I come to pick up our daughter each evening, vacuuming, and disinfecting with Lysol to keep kids from getting each other sick the best they can. Our daughter loves he other kids there and has made lots of friends. She enjoys the teachers and staff. They have Pre-K classes for 3-5 year olds and we are very satisfied with their curriculum .

If your child has ADHD or any other disability I would strongly advise against taking your child to this daycare. They are totally and completely incapable of caring for a child with these types of disabilities!! And if you ever forget their lunch just know they will only give your child crackers for lunch!! It’s dirty. They don’t supply paper towels in the bathroom for the kids. And they are not well supervised. I watched from the parking lot in horror as one child was being pushed and shoved. Having his head pushed backwards so his entire necked popped back and forth. Not ONE teacher witnessed this happening. When I ran up to the fence to get the teachers attention they simply went back to their conversation, doing NOTHING for the child. On a scale of 1-10.... definitely a NEGATIVE 10!! Worst daycare EVER! Let me add, Ive been a parent for 30 years. And I’ve NEVER complained about or left a bad review before.

Terrible place to leave your child. Without her knowing I was at the door, I witnessed a teacher treating my child harshly - using the phrase "shut up" and pushing her to the floor. Teacher was not terminated. Several other incidents occurred, including prescription medication being administered in classroom and a 4 year old ingesting it, sexual abuse of a toddler by a school-aged child, and reports of a teacher hitting and pinching a child. As of 3/22/2017 TMCC has 28 deficiencies sited in the past 24 months and no self-reported incidents (questionable).Find another child care center - Kid's Kaleidoscope, Green Acres Baptist Church or Stepping Stone are all great.

My 4yr old daughter has been at Tyler Metro since she was 8 weeks old. Everyone there knows her name and face, treats us like family and loves her as if she were one of their own. My 12 week old is now enrolled there as well, and I cannot imagine leaving them anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences there an would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare.
