Called local number to inquire about missing mail. Lady was extremely rude, had a terrible attitude and hung up on me. Been a long time since I’ve experienced that level of disrespect. PLEASE look at hiring new staff as I really do need my mail delivered.

Consistently they mark packages as delivered when they are not. Everyone that deals with this needs to call USPS, this is the worst branch of the usps I have ever dealt with.

My wife and I order online alot and we trac our packages very rarely are they delivered on arrival date from the post office and we have not received 3 packages in the past two months the latest package had pretty expensive items in it and the company is not going to cover the loss of another package! So we were told it arrived at 12:30am my wife and I were both home at that time we have a very loud dog and a primiter Camara and a ring camera no package came to our porch on this date.

All of the staff are friendly and professional. Kim and Teresa have always been very kind. We have gone to the Whitehouse PO for years sending off packages for our business. At Christmas time we bring in 50-100 packages every couple of days. They are always scanned that day. Our Postal Carrier is so nice as well. Always delivering to our door and out of the rain. They do a great job and we appreciate them.

I've lived in Whitehouse for about 30 years and moved away for a couple of years and in all that time I've never been disappointed with my mail service whether it be my carrier or my PO Box. The folks working inside have been delightful as well.

My regular mail lady is great. She picks up my scheduled packages and has had to deliver a lot of packages to my door too. She takes them all the way to the door. The only time I have issues is with substitutes when she's off work. I appreciate how friendly, easy going and dependable she is.When I need to get stamps or drop off anything at the office they are also kind and friendly and efficient. I don't like that I cannot directly call them any more if there is an issue or I have questions though. It is routed to a call center now which is a headache compared to talking to someone locally. It's better to just go in.

I had a wonderful experience with Lance Youngblood the postmaster in Whitehouse. He helped me solve a problemI faced with a scammer on EBay. I did not receive the expensive item I had ordered on the EBay website. The scammer created a bogus tracking # and with Lance’s help and assistance he was able to provide the evidence I needed to PayPal to receive a full refund of the item I never received. He was patient and helpful! I appreciate him and his staff for their support through this very stressful situation. Thank You! Joe Shrader

Horrible customer service. I was told multiple days in a row that my package would be delivered that day and it wasn't. They never arrive on time. They also forwarded a package that was mine because they assumed it was the wrong address. No attempt at contacting or anything. They really need to do something about this.
