I went to Axtell today to pick up two medications, they were correct as always! We switched to them to get a compounded drug and have saved alot of money over the name brand drug that is very hard to find! I really appreciate their attention to detail and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new option for your medications. Thank you Axtell!

My wife has used Axtell for years. Lately they can't get anything correct. She has to call every month to get meds. Pharmacist and staff are rude and not helpful at all. Heart disease and diabetes medication seems to be a joke to them. We will be switching to your competitor the first of the year.

Rude pharmacist. My family and I have used axtell for 10+ years and lately we're treated very poorly if we have questions about anything. Also, my prescriptions are never ready, I've had to leave and come back a day later to pick them up on several different occasions. Very frustrating and disappointing. One week should be plenty of time to fill a prescription.

They usually fill requests quickly but on more than a few occasions I’ve sat at the window after pressing the button with 3 or 4 people in view and takes forever for someone to come to the window. Not sure why I know they are filling prescriptions but it’s middle of the day and no one else is waiting.

I've been going to Axtell Pharmacy for 5plus years now and I would recommend anyone who lives within a 30mile radius to switch to them. They remember you by first name as soon as you enter their establishment and the staff is very courteous to you needs and they do their best to make sure that you were treated in a well respected manner while you were there. Best pharmacy hands down!!!

Most staff friendly one lady is not and talks down to you and they can't seem to get some of meds through insurance so they say for price correction. . Not pleased

Your staff has some issues with the phone. Called 2 times to ask how much a delivery would be and both times the girl put me on hold and NEVER picked back up. The second time she had an attitude and seemed put out. So I sat on the phone for 10 minutes and she NEVER picked back up! So I stayed on my phone call and drove up to the store and went in and talked to the woman pharmacist while I had my phone on speaker phone so she could clearly hear I was still on hold. She looked like a deer in headlights. She said they are busy but clearly the 10 other people were standing around holding the counters up. Nobody even apologized!! Very unprofessional!! You need to get your teenage staff in order. If they can not answer one simple question on the phone without having an attitude you need to find other workers!!! I will take my business to hometown!! EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!
