My brother rented my unit and had to pay the $55 deposit. When I took over the next month she made me pay the $55 deposit and she was supposed to send my brother his deposit back. This was in August. When I canceled my unit with the 30 day written notice, I also put a note stating that my brother still hadn't received his deposit back and I wrote down his address. Now, 4 months later I still don't have my deposit back and my brother still hasn't received his either. She will no longer answer my call nor return my call. Plus, my unit was broken into the first week that we had it. There aren't any cameras and she assumes zero responsibility for any damage or theft. The only upside is that it is easily accessible. Next step is going to the BBB as she is not a member of the chamber of commerce here.

Rented a unit .. it was not swept out ..we swept it out.. she wouldn't return the deposit ...I have been trying nearly 1 1/2 years to get the deposit back .... after Numerous calls And text messages .... all I got was Was promises to return my deposit Even to the extent That she said she did not even put to postage on it and it was returned ... she told me she was honest...so I put trust in her to return the money ... but she showed just how she does business .. SO MY ADVICE TO YOU IS NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HER ...

My storage has been broken into 2 times and they don't have cameras so stuff like this happens all the time. They have horrible costumer servise they never answer calls or give you a bill for months at a time.

My dad has been waiting for the “checks in the mail†for a month now on a refund owed to him. She refuses to return his phone calls. Very rude and distrepectful. Stay away from this storage company.

Owner is nice . Storage has easy access in and out . Right off 377. Simply storage space for extra items. Prices are great ..
