I've been a customer for several years for personal and business checking. FU also has our land loan. They have been very easy to work with. All the ladies at the Whitesboro Branch are friendly and eager to help. Its been the best experience I've had with a bank.

Working out access issues for an account owned by an elder and managed by a family member was handled smoothly and quickly. First United people are very helpful and friendly, which makes everyday banking so much easier!

Been with these fine people for 20+ years. Just plain hometown folks. Friendly, always pleasant and helpful. Never too busy to lend a helping hand, or just to visit. Many a time they helped us over more than one hurdle. If they can believe in you, you can certainly believe in them.

Customer service is useless. Online banking is a joke. When they screw up your account they will play d*** and put zero effort into correcting the issue. They have problems with simple things like zip codes and addresses and dont care. Dont trust them with your money.
