Austin is by far the most helpful and kind salesman I’ve met and dealt with. Everyone at holiday Chevy is so kind and friendly even with the most basic questions. Also have the best prices around that any other dealer can’t beat! Definitely will be going back for all my vehicles.

Russ the salesman was upfront and even though they was selling them faster than I could get there he did work out a deal on one.The experience was pleasing and didn't feel like I had to keep my guard up, I liked the way I was treated and definitely will recommend Russ and Holiday to others.Special thanks to Russ Kicey for his help in our purchase.

I called Holiday for an oil change for my Silverado truck. I didn’t have an appointment, but they said they would work me in. Within a couple hours Tanner called to let me know my truck was ready and the billed was less than was quoted to me. Joel and Tanner are always courteous and treat me more like a friend than a customer. I always appreciate that.

The service department did an amazing job at communicating with me during this repair cycle. The mechanics identified the issue quickly and the service manager worked with the warranty company to get my truck back on the road in less than a week. Great job!

Great people to work with! Can't say enough about my Salesperson Russ Kicey, he handled the complete deal and hooked me up with Zak for my closing documents. All was on time just as promised. The people at Holiday do business the old fashioned way, I mean person to person and their word is golden as it should be at other stores. I am fortunate enough that I could have taken my business anywhere but I chose to drive a few extra miles to deal with the people here at Holiday. My hats off to the owner's they have put together a great team. GM should use their dealership a model example of how a Chevrolet Store should be run. Customers are treated like a friend not just another sale. I will be back !

Great people and a great place to buy from. They also had the truck I wanted on the lot, that day. Sales and financing are the best you will find. Service Manager is top notch as is the Parts department. Every person I have had contact with treated me with utmost respect. I chose Holiday Chevrolet for these reasons, I recommend them to any and all!

Our salesman,Tim Hammock, was very helpful and provided us with a great experience in the purchase of our truck. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and if we had a question he wasn’t sure about he quickly found the answer. The finance person was very efficient in handling the purchase of the truck as well.

Our salesman Russ did an amazing job at helping us find the right vehicle and taking care of us during the entire process. This was the fastest and most efficient car buying experience I've ever had. Crooked and greedy! Came in to buy an Equinox with a sale price of $28,238 on their website which was listed as $2600 off an MSRP of $30,900. When I got there, they totally ignored their own website's sales price and kept referring me back to MSRP as the price during our negotiation. Finally, I called them on it and said, "So do you not KNOW about your sale price listed online for this vehicle, or do you simply not want to honor it?" Manager claimed their "system" doesn't allow him to see the prices listed on their website, only MSRP. Say what??? "No," I said, "You were just hoping I didn't notice the discount on your website or that you were trying to muddy the numbers." Liar. Shady. Scam. Greedy.Besides this, I've bought from them before, and when I did I had to fight tooth and nail to keep them from trying to steal my trade in. And they tried to do again yesterday. Lowballed me half of the value I got from Carmax.This is how they treat a previous customer? Never visiting again.

I had a great experience at Holiday Chevrolet! Tim was the salesman helping me and I felt like I could trust him, unlike the stereotype of how salesman seem to be. He was able to explain and answer all my question as I was a first time buyer. Even though they were already closing he took his time to still step me through some vehicle settings instead of just trying to get us out the door, he really took his time and I could tell her cared a lot! The pricing was also great and some of the best I’ve seen out in the current market. I am already spreading the word to friends/family about this dealership! Julian was the finance manager that assisted us and I have nothing but good things to say about him as well! He also took his time to and answer all my questions. He was very patient with us and did his best to get us the best deal. Overall I am extremely satisfied with these great people and overall dealer.

I have always had a good experience with Holiday ChevroletTheir service department is the bestin the industry. Their main service writer is Joel and he is the main reason I bought my truck from HolidayChevroletGoing in for a service visit is like seeing an old friend. Truck is 3 yearsold but when we found some paint marks on the roof, Joel had it fixedjust so I did not have to get a ladderand try to do it myselfThis is one great service departmentand Joel will see your experience is always a fantastic one

The staff was great to work with, from the Salesman to the Paperwork Associate, the team was very friendly and always answered any question I had. Ron Rose was exceptional at listening and allowing me to voice my concerns & question; while we did not always agree on the topic, we both laughed a lot and reached an agreement that was acceptable to us both. Overall one of the best new car buying experiences of my lifetime.
