I am (was) a perennial HR BlOCK client until my recent visit to the whitesboro office. The representative Kevin, omitted several key pieces of info, and had me drive 20 miles to his office only to treat me with disdain and indifference. I strongly advise finding another company to handle your taxes.

Darla was extremely friendly and helpful with my tax returns.. I had filed an extension and had a small business to file for as well. She made it easy and enjoyable. Was very professional and I will be back next year but on time next go around..Also when I called to schedule, Kevin the owner of the branch, was very friendly and got me in quickly. I am especially grateful he is open even in September..Thank you H&R Block in Whitesboro, TX!!!
