I am a certified guardian and Kandice did a fabulous job getting the best Medicare benefits going for my ward. I called her one day and the next it was completed. She was easy to work with and I will refer her to everyone I know struggling to figure out what plan is best for them!

Kandice has helped us for a couple of years with Medicare set up and continued care. She has always been extremely attentive, sincerely caring and knowledgeable. Anything that she does not have a complete answer regarding, she goes the extra mile to find out. I heard of her through a friend that had used her. It is time for me to sign up for medicare and was overwhelmed with ALL the information I started receiving via USPS, email, phone calls and voicemails. I contacted her and she was willing to come to my home and go over all my questions and helped me to choose my supplemental plans and was excellent.

Kandice made a Medicare skeptic like me actually pay attention. Despite my gripes about being “forced” into the system, she broke down Parts A–D in plain English, welcomed every question, and used real-life stories that stuck. Kandice worked with me in real time, step by step. She was quite fast at getting me through the process as painlessly as possible, but not so fast I couldnt keep up. Every time she had to do something on her own, I could tell she worked on it immediately and called/texted the results as soon as she could. Great Customer Service! It was a pleasure.

I meet Kandice over a year ago before I needed to retire. She gave me excellent information on how to handle SS and Medicare before I did retire.
She is very easy to work with and very informative, answers your questions, helps fill out all the required documents and leads you down the path hand in hand:)
I would recommend Kandice to anyone about to or is going through these processes. She is GREAT!!
