I have nothing but positive things to say about this bank early in our new build process. They have worked with my wife and I through our initial questions, and helped us through some appraisal hiccups we experienced by bringing an experienced appraiser to the table when the first one well through.We still have a long road ahead but I feel like we have a great partner that will be with us through the process.I will follow up once we get moving!

The people in the bank itself are very friendly . But try and do something online is a complete joke. I paid a bill online, the bank showed it twice coming out when it should of been one withdrawal. I set up another bill pay, the bank took it out before the due date. And it wasn’t even the right amount so I know it wasn’t a mistake on my end.. but they refuse to acknowledge that. It’s ok for just a bank.. but don’t pay anything online.. you will get screwed

The bank it's self has very friendly people working there. But try and get something done online is another story. I set up a bill pay and they took out the money away before the due date and it wasn't even the correct amount. When I called the bank to question them they told me that was a mistake on my end which I know it wasn't because it wasn't even the correct amount , and it was verified at the bank itself when the bill pay was set up for. But they paid it early anyway and refused to acknowledge it was on their end. I also did a payment online using my credit card and they took it out twice out of the bank not the company but the bank withdrew it twice

After hours and weekends with this bank is horrible the online banking is average at best on a good day , that is when it is working And fully functional. The phone app is just as bad it's hit and miss on whether you have access or not because it's constantly unavailable or your saved credentials don't work half the time and reset is a hassle Just not a very IT savy organization. Pretty much just saying don't tout your online banking when it's unreliable and none of your people can help Remedy issues

Legend Bank has always treated me with the up most respect and care . They really do take care of you as if you where the most important customer/client of the Bank . If you have $100 dollars in your account or 100,000,000,000 in your account Legend has always gone up and beyond to meet my needs doing their best to work with me in any situation and offering ideas to help
