Best gym I have ever been too. They do not charge extras. They truly care about your goals and go out of their way to make you comfortable. If you are unsure about something they will make sure an instructor spends time with you. Even if you live in Sherman or Gainesville, it is completely worth the drive.

Always a great place to go. Staff is incredible, it’s clean, the classes are great and it doesn’t break the bank! Great center for a small town!

Closed... Called them, no answer... Tried again another day, nothing. We just kept our membership to the two other gyms even though we wanted something closer ?

They have very limited workout equipment and most of what they have is multi-purpose equipment so it's hard to get a really focused workout. It seems like most of my time was spent waiting on someone to get done with a machine so I could use it. They are the cheapest ones around but IMHO it's not worth it.

The people there are awesome and very helpful from a workout in the gym then getting a massage and an adjustment from a great chiropractor. I totally love my Fridays
