Rude staff, cold food, horrible service. I cannot believe they're still open. I usually love Wendy's hamburgers but these were horrible. The staff working there is having way too much fun

So as I'm driving up to window, lots of garbage all over the ground. Not a good impression folks. Makes me wonder how clean snide is. Not very busy and didn't have to wait long for my order. My fries were cold and soggy. Very disappointing since that's one of my fav items. The pretzel chicken wasn't great but just ok.

it is very rare that i leave reviews but i felt the need to say this. This particular wendy's doesn't even deserve 1 star. The last time i came here was about 10 months ago and they were so rude, and the food wasn't that great, but great hungover none the less. So we decided to try it again tonight. The rudest staff i have ever dealt with.l, very impatient. Will never ever go back to this wendy's. absolutely terrible. also asked for barbecue sauce, didn't receive any, and food was cold and terrible.

Bad bad staff at their drive-through's they are extremely rude and the inside needs to be more clean and they need to be more patient when they're getting peoples orders. Do not like how their burgers are so simple and plain and missing flavor and they lack improvement at their place. Do not get their lemonades they are super sweet and just plain does not taste right.

Waited 15 minutes for my food even though there were no other customers ahead of me. Was told it was because they were really backed up at the drive thru. Wanted no sauce, no pickles, and add tomato. Got sauce, pickles, and no tomato. Regretted not going next door to McDs.

The Wendy's in Gainesville, TX was closed for a remodel, and has been open a few weeks. We had lunch there today and it was FANTASTIC! We were SO IMPRESSED with the new management, beautifully clean and modern dining room, and service was great. Employees you could understand, who seemed to care about our order. I'm sure whoever owned the restaurant in the past was booted, and it seems there is new ownership. This store at 600 W. California is just a block off of I-35W. Stop for good food. We are local, so I'm sorry but I did not check the restrooms. I'm sure they were as clean as everything else...and yes, we quit eating at the "old" Wendy's because the food was so-so, it was difficult to understand the employees, and the place was dirty.

MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOMS IN TEXAS! Love Wendy's, but this restaurant is GROSS and they got our order completely wrong and never answered my question if I could get cheese with a meal. Women's restroom had toilet water all over the floor. Apparently every time you flush it leaks out water and we almost slipped and fell in it.

Don't go here if you want to have the people you speak to understand English. They cannot understand and execute any special instructions on how to make a burger. Wendy's chain always puts Mustard on the cheese (which is a horrible combination taste) instead of on the bread. Any request at this location to prepare the burger my way and not theirs goes unheeded. Also the drink selection is very small (no Diet Dr. Pepper) and is behind the counter. The burgers are also never really hot. It's like they're cooked up then sitting in a pan on the grill and heated a little before they are served.

My wife and I ate at a new Wendy's today located inside a new Love's truck stop at I-35 east and highway 77 north of Denton. It was undoubtedly the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. The activity behind the counter was mass confusion. It seemed no one had their job responsibilities learned. After placing my order and receiving my receipt, I stood near the counter waiting for my order to be filled for about fifteen minutes. As I stood waiting, numerous orders were placed after me and filled before me. I finally asked one of the people to look on the screen and see if my order was still active. She could not find my order in their system. They quickly filled my order based on my receipt but managed to get every item (two burgers, two fries, and two drinks) wrong. The replacement burgers were also in some way wrong. Every customer before and after me returned to the counter in order to correct what they were given. I don't know if they were working short handed or simply had not learned their jobs, but I will try the restaurant again in a couple of weeks. If it hasn't improved, I will find another place to eat my hamburgers. The circus I witnessed was ridiculous.

Service was very slow and at least 3 orders completed wrong that I witnessed personally during my 15 minutes in the location. Love Wendy's, but this store needs a staffing and management overhaul.

Please go somewhere else! When we walked in, we stood at the counter while the workers argued who was making the hamburgers. And one worker started sweeping in front of us. She finally looked up and said,"oh...sorry for the wait." The chili tasted old and the hamburgers were sry and tasteless. The bathrooms were dirty and just gross and smelled!! Not coming back to this Wendy's!! If I could give it a half star or zero, I would! They need to condemn this Wendy's and rebuild it and hire new management and staff!
